Wir, Florian und Karl, sind sowas wie Studenten.
Wir leben seit einiger Zeit zusammen und da unsere MItbewohnerin auszieht, suchen wir Ersatz.
Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen mit direkter Nähe sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur Tram.
Der Preis steht derzeit noch nicht fest, da wir wohl Opfer einer Mieterhöhung werden könnten. Sollte Interesse bestehen, wird dieser Punkt selbstverständlich vor Einzug/Vertragsunterschrift geklärt.

Das Zimmer ist auf der Südseite mit einem großen Fenster. Wenn du zufällig eine Waschmaschine über hast, ist das auch super, ansonsten müssen wir uns vorher noch eine zulegen.
