Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes Zimmer in zentraler Lage.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Eselsbrunnen. Der Uniplatz ist in 5-10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, auch ein Döner-Imbiss, ein Asiate und ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner, der nicht nur an einer reinen Zweck-WG interessiert ist. Gerne sitzen wir hin und wieder abends in der Küche zusammen oder gehen auch mal zusammen weg, was aber nicht heißt, dass wir durchgehend aufeinander hocken, schließlich hat ja jeder sein eigenes Leben.

We are looking for a temporary tenant for my room in that nice shared flat in the city centre.
The flat is situated in the very central of the city, with the Universitaetsplatz in walking distance (5-10minutes); turkish and asian takeaways and a small grocery store nearby.
The flat is not only a functional one, but we intend to find someone who is also interested to sometimes spend some time with the other flatmates. Of course everyone has his own life, so we don't expect you to spend every evening with the others, but now and then would be nice.
