Hallo liebe Interessierten,
unsere WG löst sich auf und wir hinterlassen eine gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung mit 3 Zimmern alle ungefähr 20m² groß, einer Küche und natürlich Bad (mit Badewanne!!!) und Klo (mit Stauraum). Die Wohnung hat einen rustikalen Charme, die Zimmer sind teilweise möbliert und werden unabhängig voneinander über Zimmerverträge vermietet, oder als Wohnung.
Geheizt wird mit Kohleöfen, im März wird allerdings in allen Wohnräumen eine Heizung eingebaut, die Kohleöfen können aber nach Belieben auch im Zimmer bleiben.

our WG dissolves and we leave a cozy apartment with 3 rooms all about 20m² in size, a kitchen and of course bathroom (with bath!!!) and a toilette(with storage space). The apartment has a rustic charm, the rooms are partially furnished and are rented independently via room contracts, or as an apartment.
Heated with coal stoves, in March heatings will be installed in all living rooms.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Freiimfelderstr., an ihr verkehren die Linie 10 und 7, die dich ganz bequem an das Stadtzentrum anbinden und sogar bis zur Burg fahren (oder Halle-Neustadt oder Hufi(See))
Späti, Eisdiele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe!
7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof (Züge aber nicht zu hören!)
Und du wirst in einem der größten Street-Art-Viertel in Deutschland wohnen, unser Haus ist kaum zu verfehlen. Bunt bemalte Hauswände türmen sich über einem Mosaik aus alten Badfliesen.
Für ein schnelles Abendessen musst du nur aus der Tür stolpern "Dönereck" macht seinem Namen alle Ehre!
The apartment is located directly at the stop Freiimfelderstr., at it run the line 10 and 7, which connect you very conveniently to the city center and even go to the Burg (or Halle-Neustadt or Hufi(a lake)).
Späti and shopping facilities within walking distance!
7 minutes walk to the train station (but trains can't be heard!)
And you will live in one of the biggest street art neighborhoods in Germany, our house is hard to miss. Colorfully painted house walls tower over a mosaic of old bathroom tiles.
For a quick dinner, all you have to do is stumble out the door "Dönereck" lives up to its name!
