Helle freundliche 22m² im Altbau in TOP-Lage am Reileck sucht dich! :-)

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nördlichen Innenstadt im schönen Giebichenstein-Viertel, also TOP-Lage! ;)
Die nächste Tram-Haltestellen liegen ca. 3 und 5 Gehminuten entfernt, dort hast du Anbindung an die 3 , 7, 12, die bis in die Südstadt, nach Kröllwitz bzw. zum Bahnhof fahren und die 95, die nachts verkeht. Die WG ist nur eine Haltestation nördlich vom Reileck gelegen, wo zusätzlich die 7 ebenfalls nachts verkehrt.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist der REWE, Netto oder Penny, die sich nur 1-10 Gehminuten entfernt befinden.

Mehrere Bäcker in ca. 1-8 min Entfernung versorgen einen auch am Sonntag mit frischen Brötchen und im Café Ludwig kann man nicht nur Sonntags schön frühstücken, sondern auch abends manchmal live-Musik genießen.

Weiter nördlich liegt der Zoo, der einzige Bergzoo Deutschlands, der eine Besichtigung wert ist.
Östlich liegt der Steintor-Campus, der neue große Campus für Geisteswissenschaftler mit einer wunderschönen Bibliothek.
Südlich befindet sich die Innenstadt mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Tram-minuten und der Hauptcampus mit dem Löwengebäude.
Nicht weit weg, fließt die Saale durch die Peißnitz, dem großen Park, in dem man sich zum Entspannen, Freunde-Treffen oder zum Lernen verabreden kann.

Vielleicht kommt die Zeit ja wieder, wenn man Abends ausgehen möchte, kann... dann bietet sich als aller erstes die Eckkneipe Last Exit an, dann das 2-ZKB am Reileck und an der Haltestelle Moritzburg natürlich die berühmte "kleine Ulli" die Kneipen-Strasse in Halle, von der man auch nach Hause laufen kann, immer der Hauptstraße nach! ;)

The apartment is located in the northern city center in the beautiful Giebichenstein district, so a TOP location! ;)
The next tram stops are about 3 and 5 minutes walk away, where you have a connection to the 3, 7, 12, which go to Südstadt, to Kröllwitz or to the train station, and the 95, which runs at night. The shared apartment is just one stop north of Reileck, where the 7 also runs at night.

The nearest supermarket is REWE, Netto or Penny, which are only a 1-10 minute walk away.

Several bakers about 1-8 minutes away also provide you with fresh bread rolls on Sundays and in Café Ludwig you can not only have a nice breakfast on Sundays, but also sometimes enjoy live music in the evenings.

Further north is the zoo, the only mountain zoo in Germany that is worth a visit.
To the east is the Steintor Campus, the new large campus for humanities scholars with a beautiful library.
To the south is the city center with several shops in 10 minutes by tram and the main campus with the lion building.
Not far away, the Saale flows through the Peißnitz, the large park where you can relax, meet friends or study.

Maybe the time will come again when you want to go out in the evening... then the first place to go is the corner bar Last Exit, then the 2-ZKB at Reileck and of course the famous "little Ulli" pubs at the Moritzburg stop -Street in Halle, from which you can also walk home, always follow the main street! ;)

Mir ist beim Zusammenleben wichtig, aufeinander Rücksicht zu nehmen.
Entspannte Gespräche in der Küche sind willkommen.

Ich koche ein paar mal die Woche und ich versuche nicht soviel Plastikmüll zu produzieren und bewusst zu leben. Ich bin schon WG erprobt, genieße aber auch sehr gern gemütliche Filmabende auf der Couch.

Ich stehe einer neuen WG Gestaltung offen gegenüber, frei nach dem Motto:
Alles kann, nichts muss.

Schreib mir, wenn du Interesse an einem Besichtigungstermin und einem Heiß- oder Kaltgetränk deiner Wahl oder Fragen nach dieser kurzen Darstellung hast, am liebsten mit einer kleinen Beschreibung von dir und deinen Vorstellungen :)
P.s. leider sind keine Haustiere außer Katzen und kleinen Tieren erlaubt laut Mietvertrag. Wir haben bisher keine Haustiere in der WG.

When living together, it is important to me to be considerate of one another.
Relaxed conversations in the kitchen are welcome.

I cook a few times a week and I try not to produce so much plastic waste and live consciously. I've already tried out a shared apartment, but I also really enjoy cozy movie evenings on the couch.

I am open to a new shared apartment design, based on the motto:
Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary.

Write to me if you are interested in a viewing appointment and a hot or cold drink of your choice or if you have any questions after this short presentation, preferably with a short description of yourself and your ideas :)
P.s. Unfortunately, no pets except cats and small animals are allowed according to the rental agreement. We don't have any pets in the shared apartment yet.

Wir haben eine Badewanne im großen Badezimmer und sogar eine kleine Abstellkammer, die als Speisekammer genutzt werden kann, wozu sich der lange Flur auch anbieten würde.
Fahrräder können im Innenhof unter dem Dach geparkt werden oder auch in unserem Kellerabteil, das tatsächlich trocken ist!
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG

Sonstige mtl. Kosten: Internet und Strom werden separat verrechnet und stehen natürlich zur Verfügung.

We have a bathtub in the large bathroom and even a small storage room that can be used as a pantry, which the long hallway would also be ideal for.
Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard under the roof or in our basement compartment, which is actually dry!
The apartment is on the 1st floor

Other monthly Costs: Internet and electricity are charged separately and are of course available.
