Das Zimmer bietet mit über 20 Quadratmetern und einem nahezu quadratische Schnitt (Seitenlänge 4,5m) viel Platz und die 3,20m hohe Decke sorgt für luftigen Altbau-Flair. Das Zimmer geht nach hinten zum Hinterhof raus und ist daher angenehm ruhig. Durch die Ostausrichtung gibt es ein wenig Sonne bis zum Mittag - das Zimmer (und die Wohnung allgemein) bleibt durch die Lage im Hochpaterre im Sommer jedoch angenehm kühl.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet. Ein Doppelbett, ein großer Schreibtisch und 2 Regale sind vorhanden und werden für dich natürlich frei gemacht. Auch im Flur ist noch Platz für ein Regal und natürlich für Klamotten, Mäntel, Schuhe etc.
The room is 4,5m square and has a very high ceiling. It faces to the backyard and is therefore pleasantly quiet and cool in the summer. It will be let with furniture in it. A large bed, desk and two shelves will be available. There is also space in the hall for coats, shoes, etc.
Das Haus liegt mitten in der nördlichen Innenstadt, einem der schönsten Viertel Halles. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich der August-Bebel-Platz, beliebter Treffpunkt und sozialer Hotspot par excellence mit Cafe, kleiner Wiese und Springbrunnen. Auch der Universitätsplatz, die neue geisteswissenschaftliche Fakultät und das schöne Paulusviertel sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich viele: vom Bio-Supermarkt über Asia-Supermarkt bis hin zum Discounter ist alles in bequemer Entfernung vorhanden. Auch Spätis und Imbissmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig mehr als genug. Zwei Straßenbahnstationen (und damit 4+ Straßenbahnlinien) sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Our house is situated in the really nice quarter of northern downtown. Right around the corner you will find the August-Bebel-Platz, which is one of the top social hotspots in Halle with a lot of cafes, late night shops and a big fountain to sit around and hang out. Also close by are the university, plenty of fast food joints, restaurants and grocery stores as well as the beautiful Paulus quarter. Two train stations (with 4+ lines among them) can be reached within 2 minutes.
Wir sind eine Studenten-WG, in der aufeinander Rücksicht genommen und auch ein gemeinsames Leben geführt wird. Essen wurde zum Beispiel bisher immer viel geteilt bzw. zusammen eingekauft und dann gerne zusammen gekocht und gegessen. Zum Quatschen oder auf einen Kaffee ist eigentlich immer jemand da, solange nicht alle mal wieder verreist sind. Freunde sind immer willkommen, Große Partys werden allerdings in der Wohnung nicht gefeiert - da lief es dann eher mal auf Abende im Hof an der Feuertonne hinaus. Natürlich kann man sich auch zurück ziehen und die Tür zumachen, wann immer einem danach ist. Einen Putzplan haben wir momentan nicht - bisher hat das mit ordentlicher Kommunikation und halbwegs erwachsener Selbstverantwortung immer ganz gut funktioniert. Alles in Allem ging es immer darum, dass das WG-Leben möglichst unkompliziert ist und sich alle hier miteinander wohl fühlen.
Four students live in this shared flat and we try to entertain a pleasant atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome and respected. We share a lot of food and often cook and eat together. Your friends are always welcome, but we usually don't throw big partys.
Die Küche ist mit einem Top-Gasherd und Spülmaschine ausgestattet und unser Kühlschrank ist schön groß. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Duschwanne (und Fußbodenheizung!) und noch eine kleine Toilette, sodass morgens kein Stau entsteht. Außer im großen Bad sind in der ganzen Wohnung schöne Dielen verlegt. Der große Hinterhof ersetzt den fehlenden Balkon - hier können Fahrräder abgestellt werden und bei Interesse auch ein bisschen gegärtnert werden.
The kitchen is really well equipped with a gas-stove, dish washer and a big fridge. We have one big bathroom with a shower tub and floor heating, plus an additional small toilet. We also have a backyard where you can hang out, leave your bike and do some gardening if you like.
