erst einmal 2 wichtige Informationen:
1. 195 € für das Zimmer = Warmkosten
2. Ich möchte die Wohnung zum 01. April 2011 übergeben/abgeben, da ich dann Halle aus beruflichen Gründen verlasse, d.h. wir wären nur Mitbewohner auf Zeit.
Falls du also Interesse hast, die ganze Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt komplett zu übernehmen, melde dich einfach (per Email oder sms).
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt zentral aber trotzdem in ruhiger Gegend. Whg 80 qm, 3 Zimmer, Altbau (hohe Decken), große Küche, Balkon, neue Fenster, großer Dachboden etc. (DSL möglich). Die Whg ist generell WG-geeignet (2-3), aber auch für Pärchen finanzierbar.
Ausserdem: KEINE Kaution für Whg, Gesamtmiete deutlich unter Paulusviertel-Niveau (<< 400).
