Unser unsaniertes Altbauhaus liegt mitten im Paulusviertel. Hier findest du alles was du brauchst: Späti gegenüber, Cafes und Restaurants, 24h Edeka und tausend Bäcker. Die ULB Bibliothek und der Steintorcampus sind 5 Minuten mit dem Fuß zu erreichen und die Stadt in 10 Minuten. Im Innenhof kann gegrillt werden, was wir auch immer mal wieder tun. Unser Haus wurde dieses Jahr an einen neuen Besitzer verkauft, was damit verbunden ist wissen wir nicht. Und aufgrund deines kurzen Aufenthaltes werden dich mögliche Sanierungen außerhalb der Wohnung am Haus vorraussichtlich nicht betreffen.

Moreover the ULB Library and the Steintorcampus is reachable in five minutes per feet. You will reach the city center in 10 minutes and tram connections are directly one street further. Our house was bought my a new agency this year. Yet we dont know if there will be any changes in the future. I dont think that this fact will you affect you in any dimension, cause you will be here for a very short time.

Deine MitbewohnerInnen wären Michel, Diplomsoziologe und Basketballspieler, und Maria, Studentin der Erziehungswissenschaft und Ethnologie und Schauspielerin. Wir hängen meist in der Küche ab und unternehmen auch außerhalb der Wohnung gemeinsam Dinge. Im Frühlung und Sommer gibts auf dem Balkon schöne Morgensonne, die ich immer sehr genossen habe! Da Michel seine Doktorarbeit zuhause schreibt, wäre es wünschenswert, dass du nicht nonstop Techno pushst oder ein Schlagzeug anschleppst. Die beiden würden sich über interessante Gespräche und eine verlässliche Person freuen. Es wäre schön, wenn du bereits daran gewöhnt bist mit anderen zu wohnen und zu leben, denn wir wünschen uns ein respektvolles Zusammenleben, bei dem die Bedürfnisse aller berücksichtigt werden.

Your future flat mates would be Michel, degreed Sociologist and Basketballer, and Maria, student of pedagogy and anthropology and actor. We used to hang around in our big living kitchen and going out together. In spring and summer theres beautiful morning sun at the balkony so you can join a sunny breakfast. Michel, who is living beside you is writing his dissertation at home, thats why it would be inproberly if you push techno allday or would bring a drum set with you :). The two are looking for interesting conversations and a reliable person. I would be nice when you are used to share the flat and live with other persons, so that a respectvoll together is possible, where the needs of all are considered.

Das Einzugsdatum könnte sich noch um 4-5 Tage verzögern, aber das stellt sich die Tage heraus.
