ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner/in für eine WG Neugründung.
Die Dachgeschosswohnung bietet 2 nahezu gleich große Zimmer (ca. 20 qm), Küche, Bad (mit Fenster und Wanne) und ein extra WC. Sie befindet sich in der Lessingstraße im Paulusviertel.
Insgesamt stehen 62 qm zur Verfügung. Mietbeginn ist der 01.03.2015.
Das freie Zimmer hat 19 qm und würde 234 € warm kosten. Dazu kommen noch die anteiligen Kosten für Strom, Internet, Telefon und Fernsehen (ca. 40 €).
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir eine Nachricht mit ein paar Worten zu dir, wie du dir das Zusammenleben vorstellst und was du vielleicht zur WG Einrichtung beitragen könntest. Eine Küche hätte ich. Es fehlt nur noch etwas zum Reinpacken :)
Die Bilder sind noch im eingerichteten Zustand, da die Wohnung noch bewohnt ist....
