Die Wohnung befindet sich im allseits beliebten Paulusviertel. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft befinden sich der Handwerksbäcker Kolb und die Baguettefactory. So ist das Frühstück am Samstag und Sonntag eigentlich immer gerettet.
In 5 min kommt ihr mit dem Fahrrad zum großen Edeka-Center "Hermes" mit Aldi, oder 5 min bergab zu Rewe und Lidl.
Auch nicht weit weg ist das ebenfalls sehr beliebte Café Colonne Morris. Aber auch die restlichen Lokalitäten der LuWu sind schnell erreicht - vor allem mit dem Fahrrad.
Ihr geht gerne Spazieren? Durch das Viertel kommt ihr in 5 min zum parkähnlichen Nordfriedhof und in 15 Minuten zum Galgenberg, wo man gut entspannen kann.

The apartment is located in the popular Paulusviertel. The handicraft baker Kolb and the baguette factory are located directly in the neighbourhood. So the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is actually always saved.
5 minutes with the bicycle planned and you come to the large Edeka center "Hermes" with Aldi, or downhill a Rewe and a Lidl next door.
A little bit further the quite popular Colonne Morris. The rest of the LuWu's localities can be reached quickly as well - especially by bicycle.
You like to go for a walk? Through the quarter you reach a park-like cemetery in 5 minutes and the Galgenberg in 15 minutes, where you can relax well.

In unserer WG bleiben Martin (43 Jahre), Bassel (41 Jahre) und Katze Mali (10 Jahre).
Martin ist als Medienpädagoge berufstätig, Bassel ist Textildesigner und berufstätig. Wir sind sowohl für weitere Student*innen als auch Berufstätige offen!

In der WG wird meist Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen.
Wir teilen unsere Essen teilweise, einschließlich frischem Gemüse, aber es gibt keine Verpflichtungen zum Teilen.
Wir kaufen alle Kochgrundlagen (Salz, Pfeffer, Öle usw.) aus der WG-Kasse, die jeder monatlich mit 10 € füllt.
Unsere geliebte Dame des Hauses ist unsere Katze namens "Mali (Malinka)", was russisch ist und kleine Himbeere bedeutet. Im Sommer lebt sie meistens im Freien, im Winter bleibt sie über Nacht. Katzenfutter wird solidarisch geteilt. Für echte Notfälle haben wir eine Krankenversicherung für Operationen für sie abgeschlossen.
Manchmal kochen wir zusammen oder gehen zu Konzerten. Ich denke, es ist ein wunderbares friedliches Zusammenleben.
Sobald die Temperaturen wärmer werden, genießen wir auch unseren Balkon mit einer bequemen Bank und einer Hängematte.

Martin (43 years old) and Bassel (41 years old) and the cat Mali stay in our flat share (10 years).
Micha studies law, Martin works as a media pedagogue and Andrea is doing a doctorate in biology. We are open to both other students and professionals!

Mostly English or German is spoken in the flat share.
We share part of our food including fresh veggies, but there are no obligations to share.
We buy all the cooking basics (salt, pepper, oils and so on) from the WG-Kasse which we feed with 10€ each a month.
Our beloved lady of the house is our cat called "Mali (Malinka)" which is russian and means cute raspberry. In the summer she lives mostly outdoors, in the winter she stays in for the night. Cat food is shared solidaricly. For real emergencies we've set up an insurance for surgery.
Sometimes we prepare a meal together or go out for concerts. I think its a wonderful peaceful coexistence.
As soon as the temperatures are getting warmer we also enjoy our balcony where there is a comfy bench and a hammock.

Der angegebene Betrag beinhaltet alles, was es zu bezahlen gilt: Miete warm, Strom, Rundfunkbeitrag, WG-Kasse, Internet. Bisher gab es nie Mieterhöhungen. Da die Gaspreise steigen werden, zahlt jeder im Monat schon mal 20 € mehr, damit nicht nach einem Jahr eine große Summe zu stemmen ist. Diese 20 € sind bereits in der hier genannten Summe enthalten.
Im Haus befindet sich über uns und im EG eine Familie, unter uns eine zweite WG. Auch alles sehr nette Menschen.

The indicated amount includes everything you have to pay: rent warm, electricity, radio and TV fee, WG-Kasse, internet and a small contribution to the cat insurance. So far there have never been rent increases. Since the gas prices will rise, everyone pays already 20 € more per month, so that not after one year a large sum has to be stemmed. These 20 € are already included in the sum mentioned here.
In the house there is a family above us and in the ground floor, among us a second WG. Also all very nice people.
