Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß mit einem großen Fenster, durch das vor allem vormittags schön viel Licht fällt. Dadurch kann man sich durch Sonnenstrahlen wecken lassen, im Sommer wird es aber nicht zu warm. Unsere WG befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines sanierten Altbaus, das heißt man spart sich lästiges Treppensteigen. Mit einem großen und einem kleineren Bad sind wir top ausgestattet und du brauchst dir um Badstau in der Früh keine Sorgen machen. Auch unsere Küche hat alles, was das Herz begehrt, inklusive Spülmaschine. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist aber die Terrasse hintenraus, an die sogar ein kleines Fleckchen Gras anschließt. Perfekt also, um draußen zu frühstücken oder den Tag mit dem ein oder anderen Bier ausklingen zu lassen. Oder mit uns an einem kleinen Gemüsegärtchen zu arbeiten.
The room is 16 m² and has a big window facing the sun especially in the mornings, so you can wake up in the sunshine and stay cool during the hot summer afternoons. Our apartment is on the first floor in a renovated older building, meaning you don’t have to take the stairs everyday. We have a bigger and a smaller bathroom, so no long lines in the morning. The kitchen has everything we need, including a very handy dishwasher. The highlight though, is the patio and small backyard. It’s perfect for breakfast outside or finishing the day off with one or more beers. Or to grow some vegetables.
Wir wohnen im wunderschönen Paulusviertel direkt zwischen LuWu und Wasserturm. Zum Steintorcampus sind es zu Fuß keine fünf Minuten, zum 24-h-EDEKA und REWE/Lidl keine zehn. Und wenn man etwas spät dran ist, gehts natürlich mit dem Fahrrad noch flotter. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Lessingstr.) ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Ansonsten sind der nächste Bäcker und die nächste Bar auch nicht weit. An der Peißnitz oder Pauluskirche, um sich im Sommer in der Sonne zu fläzen, ist man auch im Handumdrehen.
We live in the beautiful Paulusviertel right in between the Ludwig-Wucherer-Str. and the old water tower. Walking to the Steintor doesn’t take more than 5 minutes, to the 24-h-EDEKA and REWE/Lidl not more than 10. The next tram stop (Lessingstr.) is also right around the corner. The next bakery and bar aren’t very far either. To lay out in the summer, the Peißnitz or Paulus-Church are very near as well.
Leider verlässt uns Christian, aber in der WG bleibt eine bunte Mischung mit Julia (28), die in der Unternehmensethik promoviert, Malte (27), der seinen Master in Sportpsychologie macht, und Lena (23), Medizinstudentin im 6. Semester. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die genauso viel Spaß an Kochabenden hat wie wir, aber wie immer, alles kann, nichts muss. Komm einfach vorbei und lern uns persönlich kennen.
Sadly, Christian is moving out, but remaining in the apartment are Julia (28), PhD student in business ethics, Malte (27), who’s getting his masters in sports psychology, and Lena (23) a third year medical student. We’re looking for someone who loves cooking together as much as we do, but nothing’s an obligation. Just come over and meet us in person.
