Hey! Wir suchen ab 01.03.24 eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere 3er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 19qm groß (ca. 3,50 x 5,50m), annähernd rechteckig geschnitten und hat ein großes Süd-Ost-Fenster zum Innenhof raus.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht, inklusive einem Geschirrspüler ;) Im Bad gibt es außerdem eine Waschmaschine. Einen Stellplatz für dein Fahrrad gibt es im Innenhof.
Im Mietpreis von 292€ sind die anteiligen Kosten für Strom, Internet usw. schon inklusive.
Ich würde dir dann gegen eine Ablösevereinbarung gerne Schreibtisch, Bett, Sessel überlassen, vielleicht auch mehr, das müssen wir dann gucken.
Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-person WG.
The room is about 19 square meters (approx. 3.50 x 5.50 m), almost rectangular in shape and has a large south-east facing window overlooking the inner courtyard.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a dishwasher ;) There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. There is a parking space for your bike in the inner courtyard.
The rent of €292 includes costs for electricity, internet, etc.
I would be happy to leave some things such as desk, bed, some armchairs for a small price.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Kurt-Tucholsky-Straße mit der man mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 in 7 min zum Marktplatz kommt. Sonst ist direkt um die Ecke ein REWE. Lidl und Netto sind ein bisschen weiter weg, aber immer noch in 10min bzw. 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen (oder schneller wenn man in die Straßenbahn einsteigt). Unten an der Ecke gibt es auch eine Pizzeria, ein asiatisches Restaurant und einen Dönerladen , die bis relativ spät in die Nacht offen haben.
The apartment is located directly at the Kurt-Tucholsky-Straße stop, which takes you to Marktplatz in 7 minutes on the tram line 1. There is also a REWE just around the corner. Lidl and Netto are a little further away, but can still be reached on foot in 10 minutes and 15 minutes respectively (or faster if you take the tram). Down on the corner there is also a pizzeria, an Asian restaurant and a kebab store that are open until relatively late at night.

Heyy! Ich bin Jasmin/rainbow und 22 Jahre alt. Ich liebe zeichnen ,zocken, singen und basteln. Ich bin angehende Erzieherin und habe einen Hamster, welchen ich über alles liebe. Zudem koche ich sehr gerne und probiere auch ab und an mal was neues aus also können wir gerne auch mal zusammen was kochen~ Ansonsten streame ich auch ab und an hobbymäßig auf Twitch
Baptiste:
Ich bin ein französischer Doktorand im Fach Biologie, der sich mit Insekten beschäftigt, und ich bin auf alles neugierig! In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Saxophon, treibe ein bisschen Sport und spiele Videospiele, wenn es möglich ist. Immer bereit, etwas Zeit mit anderen zu verbringen!
Eine weitere wichtige Sache: Ich spreche kein Deutsch (aber ich kann mich entweder in Französisch oder Englisch und manchmal auch in Spanisch ausdrücken).

I also really enjoy cooking and try something new every now and then, so we can cook something together too~ Otherwise, I also stream on Twitch from time to time as a hobby
Baptiste:
I am a French PhD student in biology working on insects and I am curious about everything! I like to play saxophone in my spare time, do a bit of sport, playing video games when it is possible. Always down to share some time with other!
Another important thing: I do not speak German (but I can Express myself using either French or English, and sometimes Spanish).
