english speaker looking for furnished room close to city centre

My name is Marta I am a 25 years old girl from Italy and I am going to start a PhD at UFZ in Halle. I will start working the 1st of August therefore I am looking for a single furnished room by the end of July.
It would be for me ideal to share a flat with students/young workers, available even for a short(six months) or long-term renting.
Any location close to the city centre or to MLU is fine (or an area easily reached by byke).
I do not speak german yet therefore I am looking for english-speaker flatmates since I wont be able to fluently speak german at least for the first period. If you are interested in sharing the apartment with me please let me know, I will be in Berlin until the 25th of June so eventually I could manage to come in Halle during the next week-end.
