Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Regal und Schreibtisch/-stuhl. Desweiteren Ausziehsofa und Tisch. Bettzeug - Wäsche wird gern gestellt. Handtücher können ebenfalls gestellt werden.
Hohe Wände und Parkett - Wohnen wie in alten Zeiten!

Nähe Rannischer Platz und Frankscher Stiftung - ca. 3min bis zur Straßenbahn. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden. Auf der anderen Strassenseite ist die Schorre, diverse Kneipen sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Hinter dem Haus beginnen die Frankeschenstiftungen - geschichtsträchtige Umgebung ist also garantiert. Und ganz nebenbei bietet der Sportplatz des Latina-Gymnasiums einen prima Trainingsgrund für den nächsten Marathon.

Wir sind eine lustige Gemeinschaft - von 20-70 Jahren - in einem wundersamen Altbauhaus. Nicht ganz eine Zweckgemeinschaft, nicht ganz eine Studenten-WG. Nichts muss, vieles kann. Bisher wurde das Zimmer immer zur Zwischenmiete vergeben, längerfristige Nutzung ist aber kein Problem.
Es gibt einen grünen Innenhof zur Nutzung für laue Sommerabende.
Hier sind alle willkommen - wir pflegen unsere Macken und Eigenheiten und Du darfst das auch.

Das Haus ist alt - aber oho. Wohnen wie in vergangenen Zeiten. Der Putz ist ab, die Pracht bröckelt, aber kommt es wirklich aufs Äußere an?! Nutzung von Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr natürlich möglich
Alles andere am besten ab- und ansprechen
Räder können im Hof und Flur gestellt werden. Ein grüner Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen ein - Grillen erlaubt!
The house is very old - live like in the old times. Very spacious rooms and wooden floor in the kitchen.
You may park your bike in the backyard. If you like to sit outside just use our green garden in the back.
Please note the owner lives with you, but doesnt speak much English. Still the best is to call, she will get somebody else to translate. Or write per whatsup.
