Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat ein schöne Küche mit großem Wohnzimmer, sowie ein Bad und eine separate Toilette. Der begrünte Innenhof unseres Hauses lädt bei gutem Wetter zum draußen Frühstücken ein! :) Im Sommer ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl.
Das freie Zimmer ist 11m² groß und zeigt zur Straße, ist aber sehr ruhig. Ein paar der Möbel könntest du kostenlos übernehmen (Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und Kleiderschrank).
Our apartment is located on the ground floor and has a nice kitchen with a large living room, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. The green inner courtyard of our house invites you to have breakfast outside in good weather!
In summer, the flat is pleasantly cool.
The room is 11m² and faces the street, but is very quiet. You could take over some of the furniture for free (desk, bookcase and wardrobe).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Rannischen Platz. Die Haltestelle Rannischer Platz ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Spätis, Bäcker, verschiedene Einkaufsläden und Imbisse (Döner, Asiatisch, Indisch, Pizza) sind innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreichbar und auch im Grünen (Saale, Rabeninsel) und in der Innenstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street at Rannischer Platz. The bus stop Rannischer Platz is a three minute walk away. Various shops and restaurants are within five minutes walking distance and you can walk to the city centre in a few minutes.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen sind Karl, Simon und Sophie. Simon studiert Lehramt für Musik und Englisch. Er ist stets um ein harmonisches WG-Leben bemüht und spielt (meist außerhalb der Wohnung) Schlagzeug. Karl studiert ebenfalls Lehramt für Musik und aus seinem Zimmer hört man oft die schönste Geigen- und Gitarrenklänge. Sophie studiert Lehramt für Musik und Spanisch.
Your new roommates are Karl, Simon and Sophie. Simon is studying to be a teacher of music and english. He is always striving for a harmonious life in the flat and plays drums (mostly outside the flat). Karl is also studying to become a teacher of music and from his room you can often hear the most beautiful violin and guitar sounds. Sophie is studying to become a teacher of music and spanish.
Alle in der WG sind sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Es wäre also toll, wenn die WG weiterhin KEINE Zweck-WG bleibt. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und verbringen die Abende im Wohnzimmer, oder im Garten. Falls du neu in Halle bist, können wir dir sicher weiterhelfen und alles Wichtige und Schöne zeigen!
Wir beziehen wöchentlich eine Gemüsekiste mit regional und umweltverträglich angebautem Gemüse und teilen diese bei Bedarf auch gern mit dir. Außerdem ist unsere Vorratskammer immer mit leckerer, selbstgemachter Marmelade aus unserem Garten gefüllt, an der du dich gerne bedienen kannst. :)
Everyone in the flat is very open-minded and helpful. So it would be great if the WG would continue to be NOT a functional WG. We like to cook together and spend the evenings in the living room or in the garden. If you are new in Halle, we surely can help you and show you everything important and beautiful!
Every week we receive a vegetable crate with regionally and environmentally friendly grown vegetables and are happy to share them with you if required. In addition, our pantry is always filled with delicious, home-made jam from our garden, which you are welcome to help yourself to.
