Das Zimmer ist 21 Quadratmeter groß.

1) großes Bett (zwei Kopfkissen, Bettdecke, Bettwäsche inklusiv)
2) großer Tisch, der für alles geeignet ist
3) zwei Stühle
4) Kleiderständer ( s. Photos)
5) viele Regale für den Rest (s. Photos)
6) Türregale
* In der Wohnung gibt es keine Küche und Waschmaschine!! (Waschsalon 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt).
* Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank, zwei Pfanne und Küchengeräte ( wie messer, Gabel, Löffel, Tassen und Gläser) sind inklusiv.

The room is 21 square meters in size.

Large bed (two pillows, duvet, bedding included)

There is no kitchen or washing machine in the apartment!! (Laundromat is a 5-minute walk from the apartment).
Included amenities: kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, two pans, and kitchen utensils (such as knives, forks, spoons, cups, and glasses).

* Sternbrücke Haltestelle ( 3 Linie, geht durch U Feldstraße, Sievekingplatz, U Rödingsmarkt (Großer Burstah), Rathausmarkt (Petrikirche) ) ist vor der Tür ( wegen der Baustelle wurde die Haltestelle vorübergehend verschoben, deswegen ist sie jetzt ungefähr 1-2 minuten entfernt)
* S Holstenstraße 4 Gehminuten entfernt
Lage:
Edeke, Rewe, Aldi sind alle in der Nahe
Edeka - 4 Gehminuten
Rewe - 8 Gehminuten
Aldi - 5 Gehminuten
nächste Bäckerei ist vor der Tür
Kiosk ist also vor der Tür.
Das Schanzenviertel ist also in der Nähe (mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants usw.)
