ich vermiete mein Zimmer - erstmal für zwei Monate, letztendlich kann es aber sein, dass ich das Zimmer komplett abgebe. Es ist recht groß und liegt nach vorne zur Strasse raus. Es wird möbliert vermietet, hat aber viel Stauraum zu bieten, weil ich vieles an die Seite oder ganz rausräume. Zu den Möbeln gehören Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Stuhl und ein gemütliches Doppelbett (2,00 x 1,60m). Da gerade eine andere Person in dem Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete wohnt, die ein paar eigene Möbel mitgeracht hat, habe ich kein aktuelles Foto mit der Aufstellung meiner Möbel. Auf dem ersten Foto ist das Zimmer zu sehen und auf den weiteren 2 Bildern seht ihr meine Möbel, die in dem Zimmer stehen werden.

my room is free for rent - first for two months but probability I will leave it completely. It is quite big and faces the street. It has a lot of free space, because I leave most of my stuff in boxes aside or somewhere else. It contains furniture, such as desk, a kingsize bed, wardrobe, shelf and a chair. On the first picture you see the room but not my actual furniture, because I switched rooms with my roomate. On the two following pictures you see my furniture that will be in the room.
Quasi direkt vor der Tür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte), von der die Buslinien 15, 20, 25, 283 und 183 abfahren. Mit dem Bus sind es dann 3min bis zum Bahnhof Altona, oder ihr lauft einfach ca. 10 Minuten dorthin.
Zu der S-Bahn-Station Holstenstraße sind es ca. 6min zu Fuß, von dort aus fahren die Linien S31, S21 und S11 und man ist mit der Bahn in 10min am Hauptbahnhof.
Allgemein ist die Lage super praktisch, es gibt einen Edeka (plus Bäcker), Aldi, Denns Biomarkt und die Drogerie Budnikowski in Sichtweite, sowie eine Apotheke, einen Dönerimbiss etc.
Direkt nebenan sind auch zwei schöne Parks und man ist außerdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf St.Pauli.
Falls du Autofahrer*in sein solltest, gibt es allgemein viele Parkplätze, sodass mensch immer einen findet. Du brauchst allerdings einen Anwohnerparkschein.

The bus stop Max-Brauer-Allee (Mitte) is located like directly in front of the door. Bus lines 15, 20, 25, 283 and 183 leave from here. By bus it takes 3 minutes to the Altona train station, or you can simply walk there for about 10 minutes.
To the S-Bahn station Holstenstraße it is about 6min by foot, from there the lines S31, S21 and S11 leave and you are at the main station in 10min by train.
In general the location is very convenient, there is an Edeka (plus bakery), Aldi, Denns and the drugstore Budnikowski in line of sight, as well as a pharmacy, a kebab snack bar etc.
Directly next door are also two beautiful parks and you can also reach St.Pauli in 10 minutes on foot.
In case you are a car driver, there are many parking lots, so you always have a free parking space. But you would need a special parking ticket for residents.
In der WG warten drei sehr liebe Menschen auf dich, Yvonne, Tilmy und Juline. Alle drei sind berufstätig und daher tagsüber unterwegs. Auch wenn wir es selten schaffen groß etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, da wir alle recht beschäftigt sind mit Jobs, Hobbies, Freunden etc. ist es imme schön zusammen in der Küche abzuhängen, zu quatschen etc.
Unsere Küche ist sehr schön groß und hat sogar eine Sofaecke.
Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist bei uns selbstverständlich. Diskriminierendes Verhalten oder Menschen mit rassistischen, homophoben oder sexistischen Einstellungen sind nicht willkommen. Wir achten natürlich darauf Rücksicht zu nehmen, aufgebrauchte Lebensmittel etc. nachzukaufen und weitestgehend Ordnung einzuhalten. Wir leben und kaufen größtenteils nachhaltig und umweltbewusst. Wir teilen uns ein paar Lebensmittel (Öl, Kaffee etc), sowie Putzkram usw. und da wäre es schön wenn du dich dann auch mit ca. 10€ pro Monat beteiligst.

Three very nice people are waiting for you, Yvonne, Tilmy and Juline. All three are working and therefore on the road during the day. Even though we seldom manage to do anything together, because we are all very busy with jobs, hobbies, friends etc. it is always nice to hang out together in the kitchen, have a chat etc.
Our kitchen is very nice and big and even has a huge sofa corner.
A respectful interaction with each other is a matter of course. Racism, homophobia and sexism are not welcome. We also show try to consideration for each other, to buy food when we have finished something etc. and of course to keep order. We try to live and consume sustainable and ecological.
We share some food (oil, coffee etc.), as well as cleaning stuff etc. and so it would be nice if you could also contribute about 10€ per month.
Das Zimmer kann und sol ab dem 1.10. gemietet werden. Die Kaution liegt bei einer Monatsmiete (385 Euro).
Wir freuen uns, wenn du ein paar Zeilen zu dir schreibst und wir dann ein (Online-)Termin für die Besichtigung und das kennenlernen ausmachen können.

The room can and should be rent from the 1st of Oktober. The deposit is one month rent (385 Euros).
