Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 17qm. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist zum Innenhof gelegen, wo ein Baum schön vor dem Fenster ist, daher ist es ruhig. Des Weiteren hat es ein 140er Metall-Bett, Ikea-Schrank Pax, Schreibtisch, Drehstuhl, Kommode und Bücherregal.
Man muss sich also keine Möbel besorgen.
Das Zimmer soll auch so eingerichtet bleiben.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Oktober 2023 verfügbar und die Mietdauer ist sehr flexibel.

Zur nächste Busstation sind es nur drei Minuten zu Fuß und Bahnhof Altona in acht Minuten erreichbar.
Altona, Ottensen und der Kiez prägen das Viertel sehr stark und ist sehr beliebt.

Wir waren vor kurzem noch eine Dreier WG mit mir und zwei Männern.
Ich, Robin 50 Jahre alt, bin der Hauptmieter und vermiete schon seit 2007 in dieser Wohnung Zimmer. Ich hatte schon Menschen jeglicher Colouer in meiner Wohnung und alle können auf eine gute Zeit bei mir zurückblicken.
Ich vermiete grundsätzlich erst einmal befristet, um zu sehen, ob man in der Wohnung zusammenpasst. Von vorn herein muss ich sagen, dass ich keinen Drogenkonsum und Alkohol nur in Maßen von meinen neuen Mitbewohnern erwarte. Ich bevorzuge eher Menschen die mit beiden Beinen im Leben stehen und die wildesten Jahre nicht in meiner Wohnung ausleben wollen.
Die Küche ist komplett neu ausgestattet mit aller neuesten Geräten wie eine Induktionsfeld, Dampfgarer und zwei Kühlschränken. Jeder Mitbewohner hat also seinen eigenen Kühlschrank.
Im Bad gibt es auch ein Duschwanne und eine Badewanne mit Dusche, zwei getrennte Waschecken und das WC ist auch vom Bad getrennt, Das ist sehr praktisch und angenehm.
