Schönes helles Zimmer im 4 Stock 100 Meter von der Elbe entfernt. Denke so 13 -14 Quadratmeter. Sehr schönes Bett mit guter Matratze, 2 kleine Ikea Kleiderschränke, ein großer Schreibtisch und ein kleines Sideboard. Im Flur können 1-2 Fächer im Schuhschrank benützt werden und in der großem Flurschrank können auch Kleinigkeiten wie Reisetasche oder Schuhe untergebracht werden.Gelegentlich sieht man die Schornsteine der Queen Mary, wenn sie vorbeifährt oder das Hafenfeuerwerk ;
W-lan, Strom, Wasser, Heizung Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und komplett eingerichtet von Bettzeug über Handtücher bis zur Küche mit allem was benötigt wird. Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Besteck u.s.w. .
Also das einzige was man braucht sind die eigene Zahnbürste und einen Koffer mit den Sachen. Für größere Selbst mitgebrachte Möbel ist kein Platz. So der Lieblingsstuhl oder so wird gehen aber besser nicht.

Genauso 5 min zur S-Bahn Reeperbahn oder Königsstraße. Von da 10 Minuten Innenstadt Jungfernstieg oder Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 112 nicht-mal 100 Meter entfernt zum BHF Altona oder Landdungsbrücken-Damtor.

Bin ein sehr flexibler Mitbewohner und das einzige worauf ich Wert lege ist Frieden und Harmonie und rechtzeitiges ehrliches Ansprechen, wenn einem was auf den Keks geht. Denke weitgehend macht jeder sein Ding. Was natürlich mal gemeinsames Kochen oder vlt. auch mehr nicht ausschließt.
Wichtig ist Probleme Lösungsorientiert früh anzusprechen. Nichts ist schlimmer als Groll der langsam vor sich hin schwelt und sich explosionsartig entzündet.
Bis ez war ein Ire hier. Wir hatten in 3 Jahren nicht ein böses Wort, einfach null Stress. Genau das wünsche ich mir wieder !!
