Die WG besteht seit 2004. Zimmer mit Blick auf die Max-Brauer-Allee. Wohnung ist in zentraler Lage in Altona mit sehr guter Bus und Bahn Anbindung und Aldi nebenan. :)
Die WG dient den Zweck, jedoch ist ein netter und freundlichen Umgang miteinander selbstverständlich und sollte kein Hindernis sein, mal zusammen zu kochen oder ein Glas Wein miteinander zu trinken. Damit jeder sich wohl fühlen kann, sollte man sein Umfeld in den allgemeinen Räumen wie Bad und Küche sauber zu hinterlassen können.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. April verfügbar, weil ich ausziehen werde. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie bereit sind, den Vertrag ab diesem Datum zu übernehmen. Es gibt eine Couch und einen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Sie müssen nur Ihr eigenes Bett oder Ihre eigene Matratze mitbringen.
Das Zimmer ist bis Juli verfügbar, aber eine Verlängerung ist wahrscheinlich möglich.

The WG has been around since 2004. The available bedroom faces the garden towards the south and directly towards the sunrise. It is currently being renovated and is available unfurnished.
The apartment is in a great location in Altona, not too far from the Sternschanze either, with good bus and metro connections. Plus an Aldi and numerous other restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Although it is a purpose flat share, it is important for us that you are able to get on with us, and we treat each other with politeness and respect. Once in a while we can cook together or share a glass of wine. :) Your bedroom is of course your own private space. However, we aim to keep the bathroom and kitchen, i.e. public areas clean and tidy.
The room is available from the 1st of April because I am going to be moving out. It is important that you are willing to take up the contract from this date. There is a couch and wardrobe in the room. You will just need to bring your own bed or mattress.
The room is available until July although an extension is likely to be possible.
