18-qm-Zimmer in Altona–Nord

Unsere WG liegt zentral in Altona-Nord, quasi direkt an der S-Bahn Holstenstrasse (2 Min. Gehweg). Das Aalhaus, in dem man ganz nett Bier trinken und schöne Konzerte besuchen kann, liegt am Ende unserer Straße. Fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 5 Minuten) sind Aldi, Edeka und Rewe. Von der Holstenstrasse fahren nicht nur S-Bahnen Richtung Altona und in die Innenstadt, sondern auch einige Busse wie die Nr. 20, 25 und 3. Man kommt zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit gut hin und weg.
Zu Fuß ist man in circa 15 Minuten in der Schanze.

Our shared apartment is centrally located in Altona-Nord, practically right by the Holstenstrasse S-Bahn station (2 minutes on foot). The Aalhaus, a nice spot for enjoying beers and attending great concerts, is at the end of our street. Within walking distance (approximately 5 minutes) are Aldi, Edeka, and Rewe grocery stores. From Holstenstrasse, not only do S-Bahn trains run towards Altona and the city center, but also several buses like No. 20, 25, and 3. It's easy to get around at any time of day or night.

You can reach the Schanze area on foot in about 15 minutes.

Da unsere 2er-WG gerade in einer Übergangsphase steckt, suche ich, Mara (30), eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in bis mind. Ende des Jahres mit Option auf Verlängerung. Bei uns werden gleich zwei Zimmer frei (im dritten wohne ich) – von denen du entweder nur in das 18 qm-Zimmer einziehen könntest – oder du mietest dir zusätzlich unser kleineres 14 qm–Zimmer als Arbeitszimmer. Sollte für dich nur das 18 qm-Zimmer infrage kommen, dann würden wir uns das kleinere Zimmer als Wohnzimmer einrichten. :)

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin freiberuflich und projektweise in der Hamburger freien Szene tätig (Theater, Tanz, Performance), bin derzeit relativ viel im home office, gern auf Kampnagel und Co. unterwegs und wohne seit 2018 in der WG. Ursprünglich haben wir hier mal zu dritt gewohnt, seit ein paar Jahren aber nur noch zu zweit.

Ich bin eher der 'ruhige Typ' und freue mich sehr, wenn du Lust hast, im Sommer mal eine Runde Tischtennis auf dem Spielplatz nebenan zu spielen oder gemeinsam etwas außerhalb der WG zu unternehmen. :)

As our two-person flat share is currently in a transitional phase, I, Mara (30), am looking for a new flatmate until at least the end of the year with an option to extend. We have two rooms available (I live in the third) – of which you could either move into the 18 square metre room only – or you could rent additionally our smaller 14 square metre room as a working space. If only the 18 square metre room is suitable for you, then we would set up the smaller room as a living room. :)

Briefly about me: I work freelance and on a project basis in the Hamburg independent scene (theatre, dance, performance), am currently in my home office quite a lot, like to go to Kampnagel and the like and have been living in the shared flat since 2018. Originally there were three of us living here, but for a few years now there have only been two of us.

I'm more the 'calm type' and would be very happy if you fancy a game of table tennis on the playground next door in summer or doing something together outside the flat share. :)
