Hallo liebe Menschen,
ich gehe ein halbes Jahr nach Tübingen für meine Arbeit und deshalb wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei sein ab Juli und bis Dezember 2021.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 52qm. In der Küche kann man mit ein paar Menschen gemeinsam sitzen. Wir haben eine Geschirrspülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine in der Küche. Von der Küche geht auch ein Balkon in Richtung Innenhof ab. Im Flur/Wohnzimmer haben wir einen Fernseher und ein Sofa.
Weil ich nur für ein halbes Jahr weg bin, ist mein Zimmer möbliert. Natürlich werde ich dir aber genug Platz freiräumen und wir können besprechen was ich im Zimmer lasse! Das Zimmer hat auch einen Balkon mit Pflanzen und Blumentöpfe die du benutzen kannst.

Hello people!
I'm going to Tübingen for half a year, and so we'll have a free room in our flat from July until December 2021.
The flat is approximately 52 m sq. The kitchen is large enough to fit a few people on chairs and equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and a balcony, which is facing the courtyard. The balcony is perfect for having meals outside during the summer months. Our hall is also our living room and has a sofa and a TV.
Since I'll only be gone for half a year, I am leaving my room mostly furnished and most of my things will also just stay where they are. Of course, I will free up enough space for your belongings and we can discuss what you would like to keep in the room. My room also has a balcony with some plants and plenty of pots that you can use if you like.

Unsere Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe der S-Bahnstation Holstenstraße (ca 5-7 min Fußweg), also in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Schanze und zum Altonaer Zentrum, .... Am Hauptbahnhof ist man auch in nur 20min. Zusätzlich ist auch ganz in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle an der der Bus 3 fährt, zum Beispiel direkt zur Feldstraße! Es gibt REWE und DM in 2-3 min Fußweg (280m).

The flat is located very close the S-Bahnstation Holstenstraße (walking distance roughly 5-7mins). That means we are super close to Sternschanze and the center of Altona. The main train station is also only maybe 20mins away. Additionally, bus 3 stops pretty close to the house which brings you e.g. directly to Feldstraße. There is also REWE and DM in 3 minutes by foot (280 meter).
Ich lasse euch meine wunderbare Mitbewohnerin und gute Freundin Pinhsin da (sie schreibt im Moment ihre Doktorarbeit in Klimaforschung). Wir kochen regelmäßig und sitzen abends zusammen, immer ganz zwanglos. Alles kann, nichts muss. Am Wochenende frühstücken wir meistens lange zusammen und machen Spaziergänge wenn das Wetter gut ist.

I will leave to you my wonderful flatmate and good friend Pinhsin. We cook together regularly and often sit together and chat in the evenings. In general, we are very laid-back about these things. If there's a nice opportunity to hang out - great, if not, also fine. But we usually have long breakfasts on the weekend and go for walks when the weather is good.
Insgesamt legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit und putzen beide sehr zuverlässig nach Bedarf und ohne Putzplan. Wenn das weiter funktionieren würde, wäre das toll. Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert und bleibt auch im Sommer angenehm kühl, bzw. warm, wenn es kalt werden sollte.

We like our flat tidy and both clean when it's needed without relying on a fixed cleaning schedule. If this would work with you, that would be great! The house is well insulated and stays both cool in summer and warm when it's cold outside.
