Das Zimmer ist ist ca. 14qm groß (alle Zimmer sind gleich groß( Decke 3,4m hoch). Eine große Platzersparnis bietet unser gemeinsamer begehbarer Kleiderschrank (auf dem sich auch ein Gästehochbett befindet), so dass es im Zimmer außer eines Betts und ein bisschen Stauraum nichts Weiteres braucht. Ein separiertes Badezimmer (Eckbadewanne & Dusche) sowie ein extra WC, eine Küche (mit Gasherd) mit anschließendem Esszimmer (siehe Titelbild) und ein Wohnzimmer stellen die 80 qm Gemeinschaftsfläche dar.
Die Fläche wurde früher gewerblich genutzt, weswegen sie einen industriellen Charme (Loft) hat.
Wissenswerte Info noch: Wir können den Garten mitnutzen am Wochenende.

The room is about 14sqm (all rooms are the same size( ceiling 3.4m high). A great space saver is our shared walk-in closet (on which there is also a guest loft bed), so there is nothing else needed in the room except a bed and a little storage space. A separate bathroom (corner bath & shower) as well as an extra toilet, a kitchen (with gas stove) with adjoining dining room (see cover picture) and a living room make up the 80 sqm of shared space.
This explains the high rental price, for which you get a lot more space in addition to the bedroom.
The area was formerly used commercially, which is why it has an industrial charm.
In addition, the room is offered partially furnished (incl. bed & clothes rail (+ shared walk-in closet)) if needed. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that we are allowed to share the garden.
Wir wohnen hier in Altona-Nord im Holstenviertel auf einem ruhig gelegenen grünen Innenhof und kriegen kaum was von der belebten Hauptstraße mit. Der Bahnhof Holstenstraße ist max. 4 min entfernt. Infrastrukturell sind wir sehr gut mit Supermärkten, Discounter und Bio-Laden aufgestellt.

We live here in Altona-Nord in the Holstenviertel on a quiet, very green courtyard and get hardly anything from the busy main street. The train station Holstenstraße is max. 4 min away. In terms of infrastructure, we are very well blessed with supermarkets, discount stores and organic food store.
Du wohnst hier mit Tonie und mir zusammen. Tonie ist auch ziemlich frisch in der WG und ist u.a. wegen eines Jobs als Designer nach Hamburg gekommen und ich als Lehrer. Unter der Woche gehts also eher gesittet zu, während es an Wochenenden auch mal lustiger werden kann.
Das soziale Miteinander hier ist total ungezwungen. Mal macht jeder sein Ding, mal trifft man sich "zufällig" in der Küche, mal auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer...

You live here with Tonie and me. Tonie is also quite fresh in the WG and came to Hamburg among other things because of a job as a designer and I as a teacher. So during the week it's more civilized, while on weekends it can be more fun.
The social interaction here is totally informal. Sometimes everybody does his thing, sometimes we meet "by chance" in the kitchen, sometimes on the couch in the living room...
Das Zimmer kann auch zur Zwischenmiete angeboten werden, allerdings nicht mit den Möbeln auf den Fotos. Mehr dazu gerne auf Anfrage.
