Schön geschnittenes, ruhiges Zimmer, mit Blick auf einen kleinen Garten (siehe "Kind 1" mit 13,7 m^2 in Grundriss). Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (nach Südwesten), zwei Bäder (ein Vollbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie ein Gäste-WC), eine neue Einbauküche, und einem Kellerraum. Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt (2011) gibt es zum Beispiel auch eine Fußbodenheizung und sehr gut isoliert Wände und Fenster. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten der Hausgemeinschaft.
Beautiful, quiet room, looking down on a little garden (see "Kind 1" in attached document with 13,7 square meters). The apartments also comes with a big living room with a balcony (towards the south-west), two bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a cellar for extra storage). It's a new building (from 2011) with integrate floor heating and great isolation. There also is a communtiy garden for the house.

Moin! Wir sind zwei alte Freunde, die nun beide in unsere Heimatstadt Hamburg zurückgekehrt sind und eine neue WG gründen: wir suchen also nach einer oder einem weiteren Mitbewohner*in (den Mietvertrag haben wir bereits). Wir schätzen das Miteinander und Gemeinsame Leben sehr und möchten so, obwohl wir beide recht viel arbeiten, definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir sind: Magnus (26), professioneller Segler und Consultant bei NorthSails--ein Leistungssportler mit einer Passion für Design, Musik, und gutem Essen. Ruben (26), arbeitet mit Menschen mit Behinderung, hat die letzten drei Jahre in den USA gelebt, ist ebenfalls eng mit dem Wasser verbunden (Wellensurfen und Schwimmen) und ergänzt Magnus Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und Kochen (meist vegetarisch). Bei Interesse schreib uns gerne etwas über dich und was dir beim Gemeinsamen Wohnen und Leben wichtig ist..
Hi folks, we are two old friends from Hamburg, who have found their way back into this beautiful city and are looking for a third roomate (or flatmate if you prefer..) We care about living together in a social and communal way that respects and endorses eachothers boundaries and individuality.
