Wir haben vom 01.08.2023 - 31.10.2023 ein Zimmer zur Untermiete in unserer Wohnung in Altona frei. Bezüglich der Zeit ist es auch möglich den Mietzeitraum ein wenig anzupassen.
Das Zimmer hat 13m² und Blick auf unseren WG eigenen Garten. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert mit Palettenbett, Kommode und wenn es gebraucht wird einem Tisch gemietet werden. Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer unmöbliert zu mieten. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 420€. Inklusive WLAN etc.
Es liegt im Erdgeschoss neben der Küche, wo wir insgesamt zu fünft wohnen und Küche, zwei Bäder, ein Wohnzimmer teilen. Alles, was es so braucht, ist da (inklusive Wlan, Waschmaschine, Küchenkram,...).
Da das Zimmern zum Hinterhof und unserem Garten rausgeht, hört man die Geräusche der Hauptstraße gar nicht.
Das Zimmer hat eine typische dünne Hamburg Wand, wo ehemals ein Durchgang war zu einem der anderen WG Zimmer, nur damit dir das bewusst ist.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, da direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist.
Zum Bahnhof Altona sind es zu Fuß auch nur 8 min (3min mit Bus) und zur Schanze dauert es auch nur um die 15 min zu Fuß.
Rewe, Aldi, Edeka und sogar Ikea sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir sind zwischen 27 - 34 und studieren oder arbeiten. Mögen uns alle gerne, haben aber aktuell viel um die Ohren weshalb wir uns gerade oft verpassen. Aber wenn wir es schaffen sitzen wir gern bei einem gemeinsame Kaffe oder Bier zusammen oder schauen Filme im Wohnzimmer. Ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Ab und zu geht es auch mal zusammen in eine Bar, aber wir suchen niemanden der jedes Wochenende wild Party macht.
Tania studiert Lehramt und ist immer für ein Spaziergang und Kaffee zu haben. Mit David kann man super quatschen und er ist unser Architekt. Jan arbeitet liebt Musik. Ab 1.08. wird zu dir noch eine neue Mitbewohnerin einziehen.
