das Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und hat schöne hohe Decken mit Stuck, Altbau-Enthusiasten kommen also voll auf ihre Kosten. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, und ist per Tür direkt mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden, welches zum Süden raus liegt.
Abgesehen von deinem und unseren beiden Zimmern gehören dazu: 2 Balkone, ein Bad und Toilette separat, ein kleines Esszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und.... ein, in wahrer Altbau-Fashion, maßlos überdimensionierter Flur. Falls du also dein 8-Personen Ruderboot mitbringst, dürfte das kein Problem werden.
Die Wohnung wurde diesen Sommer über mehrere Monate kernsaniert, Elektronik neu, Bad neu, Boden neu, alles neu. Der charmante Altbau-Flair blieb zum Glück erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, hat 2 Balkone und keinen Aufzug, dafür aber eine schöne Holztreppe die knarzt als bräche sie bald zusammen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind da, unsere Mikrowelle ist von 1810, sieht aus wie ein Kernreaktor im Taschenformat und macht vielleicht nicht mehr mit bis du einziehst. !! Aufgrund der Sanierung gibt es aktuell noch keine Küche, die kommt hoffentlich Anfang Oktober !!
Die Fotos wurden während der Sanierung gemacht, erklärt sich also von selbst, dass es bald anders aussieht. Die letzen 3 Fotos sind von meiner alten Wohnung und dienen nur der Vorstellung unserer Einrichtung.
Das Zimmer ist zum 15.09 beziehbar, und du schließt mit mir einen unbefristeten Untermietvertrag. Haftpflicht muss vorhanden sein.

the room is 17 sqm and has beautiful high ceilings with stucco, so architecture enthusiasts get their money's worth. The room has a large window, and is directly connected by door to the living room, which faces south.
Apart from your own and our two rooms, the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom, a small dining room, a large living room and.... in true vintage fashion, a massively oversized hallway. So if you were planning on bringing your 8-person rowboat, that shouldn't be a problem.
The apartment was completely renovated during several months this summer, they did new wiring, new bathroom, new floors, new everything. The charming original flair was thankfully preserved. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, has 2 balconies and no elevator, but a beautiful wooden staircase that creaks as if it's about to collapse at any time. we have a washing machine and a dishwasher, and our microwave is from 1810, looks like a pocket-sized nuclear reactor and may not last until you move in. !! Because of the renovations we don't have a kitchen at this moment, we will hopefully get it by the beginning of October !!
The photos were taken during the renovation, so obviously it will look different soon.
The last 3 pictures are of my old apartment and just serve to show our interior.
The room is available on 9/15, and you sign a sublease with me.
Die Wohnung liegt in zentral in Altona, es ist also alles sehr nah. Bars, Cafes, Supermärkte, Verkehrsanbindung sowieso. Bis zur Sternschanze fährst du 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Mit der Fabrik hast du meiner Meinung nach eine von Hamburgs besten Konzert-Venus direkt um die Ecke.

The apartment is centrally located in Altona, so everything is very close. Bars, cafes, supermarkets, and public transport. Sternschanze is 8 minutes by bike. In my opinion one of Hamburg's best concert venues is right around the corner.
Wir haben im Wohnzimmer ein großes Sofa (8 von 10 Übernachtungs-Gästen bewerten unser Sofa mit "ungemütlich und doof"), einen großen Fernseher und ein Surround-Sound-System. Auf dem Fernseher läuft Barça, gute Filme und manchmal auch 7h Rainforest Sounds. Netflix Abo ist im Mietpreis inklusive, Snacks musst du selber mitbringen.
Wir suchen niemanden der sich in seinem Zimmer verschanzen will, dafür ist der Rest der Wohnung auch viel zu schön. Wir suchen jemanden der uns ab und zu daran erinnert genug Obst zu essen. Wir haben keine Abteile im Kühlschrank und keinen Putzplan. Entweder du saugst einmal pro Woche oder bringst einen Staubsaugerroboter mit, und ich darf mir einen Namen dafür ausdenken. Weiter von einer Zweck-WG könnten wir nicht entfernt sein, wir essen zusammen, laden Freunde und Freundinnen ein, gehen Sport machen, einen Trinken, und ab und zu wird auch mal bei uns gefeiert (bloß auf dem Sofa einschlafen würd ich nicht empfehlen). Dass die Zimmertür auch mal zu sein darf, ist klar.
Zu uns: Beide Mitte 20, einer ist im Filmbereich tätig, der andere hat was Anständiges gelernt (Ingenieur), und fängt nächstes Jahr seinen Master an. Der eine isst gern scharf, der andere nicht, und sollte was an deinem evtl. vorhanden Auto kaputt sein kann dir der eine helfen und der andere nicht.

We have a large sofa in the living room (8 out of 10 overnight guests rate our sofa as "uncomfortable and stupid"), a large TV and a surround sound system. If you're a Real Madrid supporter we'll be friends every day of the year except for El Classico days. Netflix subscription is included in the price, free refills are not.
We are not looking for someone who wants to stay in their room all day, the rest of the apartment is way too nice for that. We couldn't be further away from being a functional shared apartment, we cook and eat together, invite friends over, do sports, go out for a drink, and every once in a while we have a party (I wouldn't recommend falling asleep on the sofa though). It goes without saying that everyone needs some alone time once in a while.
About us: We're both in our mid-20s, one works in the film industry, the other studied something decent (engineer), and starts his masters next year. One likes spicy food, the other one doesn't, and should something break in your car or bike, one of us knows how to fix it and the other one doesn't.
