Großes und geräumiges Zimmer, komplett eingerichtet. Es hat eine sehr gute Orientierung, die Sonne kommt jeden Morgen durch das Fenster macht es sehr hell. Vom Fenster aus können Sie einen Innenpark sehen, der aus den Gärten der Urbanisation besteht, was eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer kommt mit Möbeln und anderen, die ich gekauft, wenn ich in bewegt. Sie haben, das Bett (mit Matratze enthalten) begleitet von einem Nachttisch mit Lampe, ideal zum Lesen. Large and spacious room, fully furnished. It has a very good orientation, the sun comes through the window every morning making it very bright. From the window you can see an interior park composed by the gardens of the urbanization, creating a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The area is really quiet.
The room comes with furniture plus others that I bought when I moved in. You will have, the bed (with mattress included) accompanied by a bedside table with lamp, great for reading. It also has its own large television, which does not appear in the photo, arranged on a three-column cabinet with drawers, great for shoes. A desk and an armchair. The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven.

Habitación grande y espaciosa, completamente amueblada. Tiene muy buena orientación, el sol entra por la ventana todas las mañanas haciéndola muy luminosa. Desde la ventana se ve un parque interior compuesto por los jardines de la urbanización, creando un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable. La zona es realmente tranquila.
La habitación viene con muebles más otros que compré yo al mudarme. Tendrías, la cama (con colchón incluido) acompañada de una mesita de noche con lámpara, genial para leer. También cuenta con televisión grande propia, que en la foto no aparece, dispuesta sobre un mueble de tres columnas, de cajones, genial para zapatos. Un escritorio propio y un butacón. Aparte la cocina dispone de electrodomesticos: nevera, vitroceramica, microondas, lavadora/secadora, lavavajisllas, horno.

Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Habichtstraße entfernt, die Anschluss an die U3 hat, die nur 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum fährt, und zwei Haltestellen vom Stadtpark entfernt, den man auch zu Fuß erreichen kann, wenn man den Bahngleisen folgt - ideal zum Spazierengehen.
Das Gesundheitszentrum ist gleich um die Ecke und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Umgebung.

The flat is located only a few minutes away from the Habichtstraße underground station, which connects to the U3 train, only 20 minutes to the city centre, and two stops away from the Stadtpark, which you can also walk to by following the train tracks, great for strolling.

El piso está ubicado a escasos minutos de la estación de metro Habichtstraße, conexión con el U3, a escasos 20 minutos hasta el centro de la ciudad, y a dos paradas del Stadtpark, al que también puedes ir caminando siguiendo las vías del tren, genial para dar paseos.
El centro sanitario se encuentra al subir un poco la calle y existen diversos supermercados en la zona.
