Die Wohnung ist eine 2,5 Zimmer möblierte Wohnung mit einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich (gerade als Wohnzimmer genutzt, mit einer schönen großen Eckcouch) und einem kleinen Balkon. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum alltäglichen Leben bräuchte, wie Herd, Ofen, Geschirr. Ähnnlich ist das im Klo und Wohnzimmer. Dein Zimmer ist 16 qm und verfügt über einen großen Fenster. Es ist teilmöbliert. 2 große Eichen liegen direkt daraus, also im sommer kannst du dich über sonnige und grüne Aussicht. Bettgestell sowie Sessel sind vorhanden. Alles andere muss geschaffen werden, jenach gestalterische Bedarf.

The flat is a 2.5 room furnished flat with a spacious entrance area (just used as a living room, with a nice big corner couch) and a small balcony. It is equipped with everything you would need for everyday living, such as cooker, oven, dishes. Your room is 16 square meters and has a large window. It is partly furnished. 2 big oak trees are right next to it, so in summer you can enjoy the sunny and green view. Bed frame and armchair are available. Everything else has to be made according to your needs.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: Bus, S- und U-Bahn Verkehr sind schnell zu erreichen (Zur Barmbeker Station sind es 10 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Bus). Außerdem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Fuhlsbütteler Straße wie Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Bäckereien, Restaurants (bestes Sushi) und andere.

The flat is very well connected: Bus, S-Bahn and U-Bahn transport are within easy reach (to the Barmbek station it is a 10 min walk or 5 min by bus). There are also many shopping facilities on Fuhlsbütteler Straße, such as Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, bakeries, restaurants (best sushi) and others.
Ich bin Hadi, 29 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite als Sounddesigner und mache Musik. Als kein Zweck WG freue ich mich über einen Abend Zuhause zum fine dining und gute Gespräche. Wenn es sich ergibt, bin ich gerne für jeden Spaß zu haben.Wir brauchen aber alle unser Ruhezeit und deswegen werden persönliche Grenzen und Privatsphäre respektiert und geschätzt. Sauberkeit und Ordnung halte ich ebenfalls für wichtig, putzen wird nach gefühl gemacht, erfolgt aber mehr oder weniger alle ein bis zwei Wochen.

I am Hadi, 29 years old. I work as a sound designer and make music. As a no-purpose flatmate, I enjoy an time at home for fine dining and good conversation. We all need our quiet time though, so personal boundaries and privacy are respected and appreciated. Cleanliness and tidiness are also important to me. There isn't a cleaning plan in place, but it happens more or less every one or two weeks.
