my name is Özgür Erol, my brother has a room in his city apartment on Bramfelder Chaussee. He doesn't has a lot of time, he asked me to look for a flatmate. He is interested in quiet flatmates. Of course you can also invite friends, colleagues or fellow students to your home and there is nothing wrong with one or the other celebration/party. My brother is uncomplicated, interested in other cultures / languages and already had 9 international (for example France, Japan, Pakistan, Brazil, Turkey, Poland, Australia) male/female flatmates who were in Hamburg for a limited or unlimited period. So internationals are welcome. He works a lot with people of different ages and gets along with every type of person.
The house is at Bramfelder Chaussee 54. The underground stations U3 / S1 Barmbek, U3 Habichtstraße and U1 Wandsbek-Gartenstadt are nearby and buses also leave nearby. Simply check out via Google.maps.
What you can expect is a cool apartment with direct elevator access to the apartment, a large kitchen and a large living room. There is a separate bathroom available. So you don't get in each other's way.
The room free from 1st January till endofMarch. Please tell, how long you want to stay.
Important to all interested females: NO girlfriend or partner and NO cleaning lady are wanted.

Hallo,
mein Name ist Özgür Erol, mein Bruder hat noch ein Zimmer in seinem Cityapartment in der Bramfelder Chaussee frei. Da er nicht viel Zeit hat, bat bat er mich eine/n Mitbewohner/in zu suchen. Er ist er an ruhigen Mitbewohnern*innen interessiert. Natürlich kann man sich auch Freunde, Kollegen oder Mitstudenten nach Hause einladen und gegen die eine oder andere Feier ist auch nichts einzuwenden. Mein Bruder ist unkompliziert, interessiert an anderen Kulturen/Sprachen und hatte bereits 9 internationale Mitbewohner*innen die befristet oder unbefristet in Hamburg waren. Internationals sind also willkommen. Er arbeitet viel mit Menschen unterschiedlichen Alters zusammen und kommt mit jedem Typ Mensch zurecht.
Das Haus ist in der Bramfelder Chaussee 54. Die U-Bahn Stationen U3/S1 Barmbek, U3 Habichtstraße und U1 Wandsbek-Gartenstadt befinden sich in der Nähe und Busse fahren ebenfalls in der Nähe ab. Einfach über Google.maps abchecken.
Was euch erwartet ist eine coole Wohnung mit direktem Fahrstuhlzugang zur Wohnung, einer großen Küche und einem großem Wohnzimmer. Es steht ein separates Duschbad zur Verfügung. Man kommt sich somit nicht in die Quere.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1 Januar bis Ende März. Gebt bitte an, wie lange ihr bleiben wollt.
Wichtig an alle weiblichen Interessenten: Es wird KEINE Freundin oder Partnerin und auch KEINE Putzfrau gesucht.
