Ich vermiete 2 geräumige und helle Zimmer, die durch eine Doppeltür miteinander verbunden sind. Die großen Fenster und die Balkontür lassen viel Licht in die Räume mit hohen Decken. Über einen langen Flur kommt man in die Küche und in ein kleines Duschbad.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert mit einem großen Schreibtisch, einem Bett 140x200 (neue Matratze) Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Kommode. Ich vermiete die Zimmer ausdrücklich an eine Person.
Die angegebene Miete beinhaltet Heizung, Strom und DSL.
For 1 Person only! I Rent 2 Rooms, connected by a large door in a Hamburg building from 1913. Large windows and a balcony door let lots of light into the rooms with high ceilings. There is a large wooden desk a bed (140 cm x 200 cm - new mattress) sofa, drawer and a wardrobe.
I have an Apt. in Berlin and will be in the Hamburg flat part time. The rent is incl. heat, electric and WIFi.
Die Infrastruktur in der Gegend ist ideal. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants, Meridian Spa oder MacFit sind nicht weit, falls man nicht lieber im nahegelegenen Stadtpark Sport treibt. Das Barmbeker Krankenhaus ist in Sichtweite. Anbindung ans S-Bahnnetz und Busse in wenigen Gehminuten. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min in der City Nord. Zum Flughafen Hamburg sind es 2 Stationen mit der S-Bahn, 8 zum Hbf.
Many stores and Restaurants are close by as well as 2 fitness gyms and Hamburg‘s biggest park. Public Transport is also very close. 3 min. to Buses, 5 min to S-Bahn, 2 Stations to the Airport, 8 to Main Station. You can walk to City Nord in 10 min.
Ich pendle selbst zwischen Hamburg und Berlin und werde meistens am Wochenende in der Wohnung sein, manchmal auch länger. Ich habe mit dem WG Leben in Berlin und Hamburg nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Viel Freiraum und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind mir wichtig. Wenn es passt, gerne auch gute Gespräche in der Küche bei einem Glas Wein.
I live in between Hamburg and Berlin and will be in the flat mostly on weekends. Flatsharing is not a new concept for me and I have had only good experiences with it so far. As long as everybody is considerate of the other and communication is good, things work out fine. Having a good conversation over a glass of wine in the kitchen is always welcome.
