Your room has been recently renovated and is furnished. It has a large 1.4x2m bed, a 1.5m desk, a chair and a spacious wall shelf with TV storage. In addition, your room has a French balcony. Due to the large and deep windows, the room is bright. The highlight of the room or apartment is the beautiful view from the 7th floor over the skyline of Hamburg. In good weather you can even see the Elbphilharmonie.
The apartment has a total of 53m². The bathroom has been renovated about 5 years ago and therefore looks appealing. In addition, the apartment has a storage room and a basement room where you can also store your things. There is a common laundry room.
On the pictures there are some missing features like blinds, bathroom cabinet etc. which are available in the meantime.
The location of the apartment is very good. It is located in Barmbek-Nord, near Fühlsbüttler Straße (Fuhle) with numerous places to go out, near the city park and has a good public transport connection. In terms of traffic, the apartment is located on Ring 2.

Otherwise I regularly go to the gym and like to do sports (e.g. soccer, table tennis, volleyball).
