This Apartment is a absolute no smoking apartment. Even not out of the window.

The community rooms ( kitchen, bathroom, toilette) are cleaned by a cleaning person.
Your own room you should keep clean by yourself.

Every week one of you is the team captain in the community.
The captain have follwoing duties:
- Have an eye for the clean atmosphere of the community-rooms (kitchen , toilette, bathroom)
- dispel dishwasher
- take away garbage

Cooking:
When you are cooking, you must open the window and vent. Leave the kitchen like you find it. That means: After you cooked you should clean it so the person who came after you in the kitchen should see a clean kitchen. (You have a automatic dishes cleaner)
