The room is wonderfully flooded with light thanks to a generous south-facing window that offers a beautiful view. A spacious balcony completes the ensemble, while the tranquility of the courtyard ensures a relaxed atmosphere.
Die Haltestelle Barmbek befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und ist deswegen super angebunden. Supermärkte und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Stadtpark ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

The Barmbek tram stop is right outside the door, providing excellent transportation connections. Supermarkets and cafes are nearby, and the city park is within walking distance.
Wir sind Lennart und Willi und möchten in unserer neuen Wohnung ein Zimmer untervermieten. Sie wurde komplett kernsaniert.
Lennart steht kurz vor dem Abschluss seines Studiums an der HfMT. Willi studiert Bildende Kunst an der HfBK.
Zu uns gehören auch zwei verkuschelte Katzen, Daphne und Minerva.
Wichtig sind uns offene/direkte Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Achtsamkeit.

We are Lennart and Willi and would like to sublet a room in our new apartment. It has been completely renovated.
Lennart is nearing the end of his studies at the HfMT. Willi studies Fine Arts at the HfBK.
We also have two cuddly cats, Daphne and Minerva.
