Die großen Fenster bieten eine herrliche Aussicht auf den angrenzenden Park, wodurch die Räume nicht nur lichtdurchflutet, sondern auch naturnah sind.
Your rooms are 10 and 11 m^2 in size, nicely laid out and bright. Both rooms are unfurnished, giving you the freedom to decorate them to your own taste. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the adjacent park, making the rooms not only filled with light but also close to nature.
Unsere WG liegt in einer zentralen Lage, perfekt angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der anliegende Park lädt zu Spaziergängen und sportlichen Aktivitäten ein.
Our shared apartment is centrally located, perfectly connected to public transportation and nearby shopping facilities. The adjacent park invites you to take walks and engage in sports activities.
In unserer gemütlichen 3er-WG leben Mario (32) und ich, Adrian (23). Wir sind beide freundlich und weltoffen. Da Mario die meiste Zeit nicht da ist, sind wir hier meistens nur zu zweit. Ich mache derzeit eine schulische Ausbildung und lege großen Wert auf eine ruhige Wohnatmosphäre. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir sehr wichtig.
In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, verbringe bei schönem Wetter viel Zeit in der Natur und genieße es, mit Freunden zusammen zu sein.
Für unser Zusammenleben in der WG ist mir eine offene und respektvolle Kommunikation besonders wichtig. Zudem lege ich großen Wert auf eine positive Einstellung gegenüber queeren Menschen sowie auf ein gemeinsames Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
Wir freuen uns darauf, jemanden zu finden, der unsere Werte teilt und sich in unserer WG wohlfühlt.

In our cozy three-person shared apartment, Mario (32) and I, Adrian (23), live together. We are both friendly and open-minded. Since Mario isn't here most of the time, it’s usually just the two of us here. I am currently undergoing school-based training and place great importance on a quiet living atmosphere. Order and cleanliness are very important to me.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending a lot of time outdoors in good weather, and enjoying time with friends.
For our shared living in the apartment, open and respectful communication is particularly important to me. Additionally, I place great importance on a positive attitude towards queer people as well as a shared awareness of cleanliness and order.
We look forward to finding someone who shares our values and feels comfortable in our shared apartment.
