Gesucht wird ab sofort bis vorerst Ende Juli ein männlicher, umgänglicher Mitbewohner für 1 Zimmer in einer gepflegten 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon und Holzboden Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² und ist mit einem schlichten, gemütlichen grauen Sofa, einem Bett (1,40 m x 2 m) und einem kleinem Schreibtisch aus den 60ziger Jahren ausgestattet. Ein Schrank für die Kleidung befindet sich im Flur. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine schlichte Einbauküche. In der Wohnung ist keine Waschmaschine. Diese befindet sich in der Gemeinschaftswaschküche.
In der Wohnung lebt Jarek (43 J.) Er fährt jedes Wochenende nach Hause zu seiner Familie.

We are looking for a friendly male roommate for 1 room in a well-kept 3-room apartment with a balcony and wooden floor from now until the end of July. The room is approx. 20 m² and is equipped with a comfortable gray sofa, a bed (1, 40 m x 2 m) and a small desk from the 60s. There is a closet for clothes in the hallway.
The apartment has a simple fitted kitchen. There is no washing machine in the apartment. This is located in the communal laundry room.
Jarek (43 years old) lives in the apartment. He goes home to his family every weekend.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen in der denkmalgeschützten Jarrestadt (Rotklinker) in der Nähe der Kulturfabrik Kampnagel. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: 5 Min. zum Bus 172, Richtung Flughafen oder U-Bahn Mundsburg sowie 5 Min. zur U-Bahn Saarlandstrasse. Es gibt gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Stadtpark und die Alster sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located in the so-called “Jarrestadt” near the Kulturfabrik Kampnagel. The traffic connection is perfect. Bus and subways are nearby. Around the corner you find a supermarket, bakery, doctors, pharmacy, bike shop and more. The city park is also within walking distance.
