(English Version below)
Mal sehen.
English Version:
Room:
This small but cosy room for 350 € (all costs included) is just a bit more than 10qm big and has a breath-taking view onto a fancy kindergarden and the U-Bahn Dehnhaide. It's very bright, thanks to it's big windows – the sun shines into it from morning to midday – but it's also easy to darken. It has a parquet floor.
The furniture is not with the room, but the bed will stay.
The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The other rooms (Lina's and Chris') are ca. 16 qm big, Chris' room has a balcony we can use, at least if the pidgeons let us pass through.
The kitchen is rather small but has all you need and you can stand in it comfortably with 2 people. The bathroom was renovated 2 years ago and has a bathtub. It's quite pretty but a little small. Or cosy, if you want it to sound more positively.

Location:
The flat is right next to the U3-Bahn station Dehnhaide. You need like 2 minutes to the train and from there it's 12 min to the main station.
Once we lived right next to a Penny but it was closed down and the next Penny is 15 min away. If you don't like Penny anyway we have REWE and ALDI even closer (8 min by foot). We also have a surprisingly big amound of hair dressers around us, the Bar Freundlich+Kompetent and a LEGO store. The Hamburger Meile can be reached in 10 min if you walk fast.
The Hamburger Straße might be very big and loud but if you leave the house through the backdoor, you are in a laid back, beautiful living area with little parks, channels, squirrels, bunnys and ravencrows. Half an hour by foot / two U-Bahn stops away there's also the Stadtpark. New to the neighborhood is a fantastic vietnamese restaurant, directly around the corner. (Yes, it's better than "Vy"!)

WG-life:
We are Christopher (33) and Lina (25).
Christopher works fulltime as a software developer. Before that he studied human-computer-interaction and before that he was a Biological Technical Assistent (wonky translation, sorry). He lived in Hamburg for over 10 years, most of the time in WGs. He might start his M.A. soon… We'll see.
In his free time he loves to game, going to the gym, listens to weird music or meets his friends.
Lina studies illustration (M.A.) at the HAW-HAmburg and before that she worked at a godforsaken PR agency in Düsseldorf. Now she's a working student at XING, the German Linkedin.
Lina collects comics and socks, makes and listens to music that's nearly as weird as Chrisopher's and tries to get to fame, fortune and power through her illustrations. (Insta: @lina.banane) Also she watches lots of TV and meets her friends whenever she can.
We are both chill (sorry, another wonky translation, we are not Californian surfer dudes, we swear) and sociable. Honest comunication and empathy is important to us. If you are politically right-wing we think you suck, otherwise we are open-minded people who like equality and all that stuff.
We are looking for a person who wants to sometimes cook together, go to a bar or just hang out and talk, if we have the time. Of course it's also very important to be left in peace, if someone feels like it.
We lived with our boi Vali for 2 years now, but he will move to his girlfriend to fancy Winterhude, so sadly now it's time to say good-bye to him. Living together was very stress-free! Sometimes we went out together, a lot of times we stayed inside and watched TV-shows together. (Cobra Kai will be forced upon you, sorry!)
Why don't you write to us what you expect from the WG, what you do and who you are. We are looking forward hearing from you!

Also:
You can lock your bike behind the house, but it's accesible to everyone. We also have an attic, where you can store things safely. We are so close to the U-Bahn that you can look from the station into our kitchen (but only at our microwave). So it's really very close.
Contact us via wg-gesucht. We are happy to hear from you!
