It’s a quiet, spacious, non furnished room in the center of the apartment.
Dein Zimmer ist ruhig gelegen, groß, unmöbliert und liegt ungefähr in der Mitte der Wohnung.
The place is quite old, I do think it has its charm though. The bathroom is tiny, so if a spacious bathroom space is super important for you, this place won't be for you. Also, the shower is a seperate room, right next to the kitchen, old school Hamburg style.
The location is Barmbek Süd/Uhlenhorst, which is quite nice and quiet - busses and grocery stores are only a short walk away, the Alster and Stadtpark is reached by foot in 15 mins. There’s tons Café’s close by too. Closest subway station is Mundsburg.
Die Lage ist Barmbek Süd / Uhlenhorst, die Alster ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, Busse fahren direkt vor der Tür, sowie 5 min Fußweg zur Hebbelstraße/Hans-Henny-jahn Weg. Hbf ist mit dem Bus in 10 min erreichbar.
Sowie Rewe als auch Edeka sind ein 2 min Fußweg.

I'm mainly just looking for someone chill, who I can trust. I leave my door open when I'm gone, mostly because of my dog Murphy, so I like knowing that he and my stuff are safe with you!
My work life is pretty hectic and demanding, so I like my home to be a safe, peaceful, clean and positive space. If this resonates with you, that would be great! :)
To give you an idea of your potential new roommates, my name is Tina (30), and my dog Murphy, a 6 year old rescue from Romania. He is a very sweet and quiet dog, never barks inside, shy towards strangers, but once you offer cuddles and relaxed vibes, he'll be coming back for more. The relationship you form with him will be completely up to you, as he has no issues accepting a closed door.
As for me, I'd say I'm a relaxed, introverted but also social, self-reflective and aware and authentic person. There's nothing you can't talk about with me, in fact communication in a shared apartment is important to me. If something bugs you, please say so and allow the space for me to do the same. I'd love to create a safe space with you for both of us! :)
I do like my own space when I'm home, but at the same time love a chat or shared meal or walk!
I enjoy listening to podcasts, currently into Jay Shetty and Armchair Expert, I like making the most of a nice sunny day, but at the same time also love binge watching a great show! I love music, seeing concerts and enjoy a night out on the town, however much less so now that I'm in my 30s! :D
