My name is Bérénice, I am a 25 yo french girl living in Barmbek-Süd.
My actual flamate found a place in a dorm and will be leaving during the month of February.
Our landlord have to readjust and fix the flat before anyone new is moving in the room that why it will be available probably end of February/beginning March at the soonest. I am currently looking for a new flatmate who could take his place and ideally stay for more than a month since most of my flatmate stayed so far very short term.
The flat is only composed of 2 rooms (mine and the 2nd), a kitchen, bathroom and a possiblity of storage in the basement.
The room is 500 euros warm (including internet, Radio, water, electricity...)
The contract will be from the 01.03.23 until the 30.07.23. There is also a possibility of no contract at all if you prefer. Our landlord is very flexible with that and isn't requiring any caution.
My ideal flatmate would be someone friendly, with whom I would not only share a flat but ideally some nice talk or meal together in the kitchen from time to time. Since there is only two bedrooms, and it's the place where I feel home it's important for me to keep a nice mood in the flat. I feel there home and I had a lot of flatmate who stayed so far for some month (Ausbildung, Erasmus ecc...) and ideally someone staying until July would be the best.
The flat has WIFI, dishwasher, and a washingmachine in the basement (€0,50 per washing machine)
