Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Barmbek-Süd. Die U-Bahnstation Dehnheide ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, U/S-Bahnstation Barmbek ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Supermärkte Netto, Rewe und Lidl sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Busstation Langenrehm ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele weitere Geschäfte und Imbisse sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Barmbek-Süd. The subway station Dehnheide is about 5 minutes walk away, U/S-Bahn station Barmbek is about 10 minutes walk away. The supermarkets Netto, Rewe and Lidl are within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus station Langenrehm can be reached in 3 minutes. Many other stores and snack bars are within walking distance.
Wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie (52M, 51W, 21M, 18M und 8W) und unser Hauptwohnsitz ist in Schleswig-Holstein. Die kleinere Wohneinheit wird von uns derzeit als gelegentliches Homeoffice und Durchreisestation verwendet, ist aber selten dauerhaft belegt. Ab diesem Herbst wird unser jüngerer Sohn hier einziehen, um zu studieren. Unser älterer Sohn macht vor/nach einer Partynacht gelegentlich hier halt. Beruflich vermieten wir Ferienhäuser und sind im Cyber Security Vertrieb tätig.
Wie du dem Text entnehmen kannst, reden wir hier eher über eine Zweck- bzw. eine Berufstätigen- WG als eine Party-WG.

We are a family of 5 (52M, 51F, 21M, 18M and 8F) and our primary residence is in Schleswig-Holstein. We currently use the smaller unit as an occasional home office and transit station, but it is not permanently occupied. Starting this autumn, our younger son will move in here to study. Our older son occasionally stops here before/after a night of partying. Professionally, we rent out vacation homes and work in cyber security sales.
As you can see from the text, we are talking more about a purpose or a professional WG than a party WG.
