Ich vermiete mein Studentenzimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim zur Zwischenmiete in Hamburg -Bergedorf.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Kleiderschrank und Bett. Zudem beinhaltet es ein Waschbecken. Vom Zimmer aus hat man Zugang zu einem durchgehenden Balkon.
Gekocht wird in einer Gemeinschaftsküche, die mit anderen Personen aus dem Wohnheim geteilt wird. Dort habe je 2 Parteien einen eigenen Kühlschrank und jeder ein eigenes Aufbewahrungsfach. Ebenso gibt es Gemeinschaftsduschen (Einzelkabinen) und Toiletten.
Wlan ist vorhanden.
Da es sich um ein Studentenzimmer handelt, muss der Mieter Student sein und auch einen studentische Grund zum Wohnen hier haben (Studium, Praktikum etc.).
Eine Erweiterung des Raumes ist ebenfalls möglich.

I rent my student room in a student residence for interim rent in Hamburg -Bergedorf.
The room is about 10 square meters large and furnished with desk, chair, shelf, wardrobe and bed. It also contains a wash basin. From the room you have access to a continuous balcony.
Cooking is done in a shared kitchen, which is shared with other people from the residence. There, 2 parties each have their own refrigerator and each has its own storage compartment. There are also shared showers (single cabins) and toilets.
Wlan is available.
Since it is a student room, the tenant must be a student and must also have a student reason for living here (study, internship etc.).
Extension of room can be also possible from the end date. The room can be possibly extended.

Das Studentenwohnheim ist ruhig gelegen im grünen Stadtteil Hamburg-Bergedorf. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt und an der S-Bahn (Station Nettelnburg) ist man in 8 Minuten. Von dort aus ist man bereits in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die S-Bahnen fahren zur Hauptzeit alle 10 Minuten.

The student residence is quietly located in the green district of Hamburg-Bergedorf. A bus stop is 2 minutes away and the S-Bahn (station Nettelnburg) is 8 minutes away. From there you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes. The suburban trains run every 10 minutes during peak hours
