Ich biete hier ein ca. 11 qm Zimmer in einem 8 Jahre jungen Neubau an. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, weil es zwei schöne Fenster hat. Ich stelle ein Bett, dass ist 0,90 x 2,00m. Ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schrank für Bücher oder Dokumente. Das Haus besitzt zwei Bäder. Es gibt eine offene Küche und daran angeschlossen einen großen Wohn-, und Essbereich. Falls du Interesse an dem Zimmer und an einem wunderschönen Haus hast, dann schicke mir gerne eine Nachricht. In den Kosten sind noch folgende Dinge enthalten, die ich bereitstelle: Grundgewürze (Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Kräuter und Öl)

Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Bergedorf. Mit dem Fahrrad (welches ich gerne nutze) braucht man 10 Minuten bis nach Bergedorf Zentrum. Zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca 1 Minute entfernt. Man braucht von hier mit dem Bus 12 Minuten bis Bergedorf und ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
The house is located just outside of Bergedorf. By bike (which I like to use) it takes 10 minutes to get to the center of Bergedorf. It takes about 20 minutes by car to get to Hamburg Central Station. The nearest bus stop is about 1 minute away. From here it takes 12 minutes by bus to Bergedorf and about 20 minutes to the main train station.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin. Man sollte unbedingt über sich selbst lachen können. Es wäre gut wenn man ab und zu zusammen kochen würde, auf jeden Fall fleischlos. Ich würde mich über gemeinsame entspannte Abende freuen. Gleichzeitig solltest du auch jemand sein der mal Zeit für sich benötigt. Außerdem läd der große Garten zu sehr entspannten Sommer Abenden ein.
