Das 12 Quadratmeter große Zimmer befindet sich in einer Maisonettewohnung in Eidelstedt. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, die als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und hat einen Schreibtisch, drei Kommoden, einen Stuhl und ein Bett inklusive Lattenrost. Ansonsten bedarf es nur einer Matratze zum Einziehen. Weitere Möbel können aber selbstverständlich mitgebracht werden.
In der Küche ist alles an Geschirr, Kochkrams und alles was man sonst noch brauchen könnte, und sollte idealerweise nicht mitgebracht werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im unteren Geschoss der Wohnung neben der Küche und dem Bad ohne Dusche. Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Fahrradkeller mitzunutzen.
The 12 square metre room is located in a maisonette in Eidelstedt. The flat has a total of three rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which can be used as a common room.
The room is newly renovated and has a desk, three chests of drawers, a chair and a bed including slatted frame. Apart from that, you only need a mattress to move in. Additional furniture can of course be brought along.
The kitchen has all the crockery, cooking utensils and anything else you might need, and ideally you should not bring it with you.
The room is located on the lower floor of the flat next to the kitchen and the bathroom without shower. There is also the possibility to use a bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa zwei Minuten Fußweg von der noch AKN Station, zukünftig S Bahn Station, Eidelstedt Zentrum entfernt. Fahrtzeit mit der AKN von Eidelstedt Zentrum bis Dammtor (Universität) waren ca. 20 Minuten. Da sie aufgrund Umbauarbeiten zur S-Bahn bis Ende des Sommers aktuell nicht fährt, braucht der Metrobus 4 ca. 30 Minuten bis Grindelhof (Universität). Zum Busbahnhof Eidelstedter Platz sind es etwa sieben Minuten Fußweg.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch am Eidelstedter Platz. Etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg (3 Minuten mit dem Rad) sind es zum nächsten Fitnessstudio. Das Niendorfer Gehege und die Eidelstedter Feldmark sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Für Radsportbegeisterte: Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekter Einstieg für Rennradrunden im Hamburger Nordwesten. Für Hamburger Verhältnisse gut Mountainbiken oder Crossen könnte man im Volkspark (10 Minuten mit dem Rad).
Für Fußballbegeisterte: Wenn die AKN oder S Bahn wieder fährt, ist die Wohnung eine Station vom Volksparkstadion entfernt.
The flat is about a two-minute walk from the still AKN station, future S-Bahn station, Eidelstedt centre. The journey time with the AKN from Eidelstedt centre to Dammtor (university) was approx. 20 minutes. As it is currently not running until the end of the summer due to conversion work on the S-Bahn, the Metrobus 4 takes about 30 minutes to Grindelhof (University). The Eidelstedter Platz bus station is about a seven-minute walk away.
The nearest shopping centre is also on Eidelstedter Platz. The nearest fitness centre is about a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by bike). The Niendorfer Gehege and the Eidelstedter Feldmark are also within walking distance.
For cycling enthusiasts: The location of the flat is the perfect starting point for racing bike tours in the north-west of Hamburg. By Hamburg standards, you can go mountain biking or cross-country cycling in the Volkspark (10 minutes by bike).
For football fans: When the AKN or S-Bahn train runs again, the flat is one stop away from the Volksparkstadion.
Mein langjähriger Mitbewohner ist nach fünf Jahren ausgezogen und ich bin auf der Suche nach zwei weiteren Mitbewohner*innen. Das zweite Zimmer soll im Laufe des Sommers fertig gemacht und vermietet werden.
