Du hast einen Panorama blick von deinem Zimmer aus auf die herrliche Gegend.Im Zimmer sind, ein Designer Sofa-Bett,ein Schrank, eine Kommode,ein Aktenfach,ein Designer Sofa von Bretz, ein Regal, ein Stuhl,ein Tisch ein neuer 32 Zoll Monitor von Samsung du brauchst nur dein Mac-Book an zu schliessen,ein Telefon mit deiner eigene Telefon Nummer ,ein Drucker,eine Heimkino Anlage, eine Elektronische-Leinwand für den(ein Beamer) Projektor dies alles ist vorhanden hier kannst du deine Powerpoint Presentationen perfekt üben.

Zusätzlich zur Küche gibt es noch in der Küche ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Perfekt geeignet, um Abends (allein oder gemeinsam) noch was zu essen oder am Wochenende vor dem Reeperbahn-Besuch die ersten Drinks zu genießen. Anmerkung für Autofahrer: Zur Reeperbahn brauchts du mit den Auto cira 25 min entfert, mit dieser Wohnung brauchst du dich nicht zu verstecken!

Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit ein Wasserkocher,E-Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle etc. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Badezimmer was schön und sauber ist.

Als Party-WG soll die Wohnung nicht genutzt werden, aber sie ist geeignet für nette Abende mit viel Wein, Bier oder auch Tee und Kaffee. :)

Sonstiges:

Wie beschrieben ist soweit alles in der WG vorhanden. Du brauchst nur dein Klamotten mitzubringen.
Vor dem Haus kann man das Fahrrad abstellen, es kann aber auch in den Keller.
Bettdecke und Kissen sind auch vorhanden die Einrischtung ist Luxeriös Mimimalistisch gehalten.
Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist eventuell flexibel verhandelbar.
Schreibt doch eine kurze Mail mit ein paar Infos über euch. Dann kann man
das besser einschätzen.
