ich bin Murat und aktuell Hauptmieter einer (gemischten) 5er-WG.
Da wir immer das Verhältnis 2:3 (bzw. umgekehrt) aufrechterhalten wollen und eine liebe Mitbewohnerin ausziehen wird, suchen wir nun zum 1. September eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG in der Wandsbeker Chaussee 11.
Zu deinen potentiellen Mitbewohner:innen:
- Ilona (Anfang dreißig) zieht zum 1.9. leider aus
- Katja (Mitte zwanzig) lebt hier noch nicht so lange
- Batsh (Ende zwanzig) lebt hier noch nicht so lange
- Nils (Anfang zwanzig) ist hier gestern (01.08.) eingezogen
- Murat (33) lebt hier mittlerweile seit 8 Jahren
Eckdaten:
Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß und die Miete kostet 290 Euro pro Monat (Kaution = 500 Euro).
Bei Interesse würde ich mich über eine Nachricht von euch freuen.
