I, Riccardo and Matteo (second flatmate) are looking for someone to take over a room in our WG as third flatmate as of today. You can see the room in the pictures, it is quite spacious and very bright, with a nice view over the inner garden and far away from the busy street. Buying of the present room furniture can be agreed with the previous tenant (Reda). The room is located on the first floor, next to the living room. The apartment has two living rooms, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, entrance and hallway.

Ich, Riccardo und Matteo (zweiter Mitbewohner) suchen jemanden ab sofort, der ein Zimmer in unserer WG als dritter Mitbewohner übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist auf den Bildern zu sehen, recht geräumig und sehr hell, mit schönem Blick in den Innengarten und weg von der Straße. Der Kauf der vorhandenen Möbel kann mit dem Vormieter (Reda) vereinbart werden. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der ersten Etage, neben dem Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über: zwei Wohnzimmer, Küche, 1 Badezimmer, Eingang und Diele.
We live close by the Wartenau U1 Metro station (3 min walking away) and the Landwehr S-Bahn station (8 min walking away). Edeka, Aldi, Budni and other shops are all very close by.

I am a PhD student at the UKE Hamburg and moved to Germany from Italy for this opportunity. Matteo is a last year bachelor student at ISM Hamburg, also from Italy. We are actually both from Milan but we met here. We are clean and chill people who are looking for someone on the same vibe. Worker or student does not matter, as long as there is a nice connection in the apartment, which should always be a safe and calm place.
Ich, Riccardo, bin ein Doktorand am UKE Hamburg. Ich komme aus Italien und ich bin aus diesem Grund nach Deutschland gezogen. Matteo ist ein Bachelor-Student im letzten Jahr an der ISM Hamburg, auch aus Italien. Wir sind eigentlich beide aus Mailand, aber wir haben uns hier kennengelernt. Wir sind saubere und entspannte Menschen, die jemanden suchen, der auf der gleichen Welle ist. Arbeiter oder Student spielt es keine Rolle, solange es eine schöne Verbindung in der Wohnung gibt, die immer ein sicherer und ruhiger Ort sein sollte.
As said before, we are looking for someone to take over Reda’s room. Nationality does not matter, same applies for gender. We just want to find someone who might bring something new to the apartment, and with whom we could chill, have a talk or a dinner together. It is always nice to make new friendships :)

Wie schon gesagt, suchen wir jemanden, der den Raum Reda übernimmt. Die Nationalität spielt keine Rolle, dasselbe gilt für das Geschlecht.
