Hey there, I'm going to Spain for my yoga teacher training from mid March until April and renting my room for this period only.
I just ask you to live in my room like it would be your own. There's a lot of personal stuff since I can't take any with me to Spain.
I'm only asking for a deposit so I'm covered in case something breaks or gets lost..
The room is filly equipped and furnished. I'd ask you kindly please not to use my piano :').
The room is very bright and quiet. The sun will shine on the bed and carpet. It's wonderful.
The flat is directly at the s/u "wandsbeker Chaussee" and you basically live on a edeka car park which is open until 11pm Mo-Sun.
Even though it's a big street your room is out into the quiet car park and we live near parks, cafes and restaurants. Your at the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) within 8 minutes with the train.
You'll have a wonderful flatmate, Jan. He's a medicine student and very kind.
We're very lgbtq+ friendly and including every human being.
My brother lives right next door with his girlfriend so you'll have a small community right away :)
I'm vegetarian but Jan eats meat sometimes, therefore you should be okay with having meat in the fridge, pans and oven...
We're asking for clean, kind, respectful people. Even though you're only going to live there for a short period, everyone should feel comfortable. We have a cleaning schedule and I expect my room to be as clean and tidy as I leave it for you.
