Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a flatmate for this summer, from 1st of June to end August/beginning September.
The apartment has a large living room with a small balcony, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a closet, desk and double bed. It has a large window with beautiful views of the garden of the building.
I would like to find a friendly, nice and responsible flatmate. I plan to travel throughout the summer so the person will have the entire apartment at their disposal.
The apartment is located in Eimsbüttel in a quiet street, with access to supermarkets (lidl one minute away, rewe and penny at 5) budni, pharmacy and the nearest bus stop at 2 min. You can also take the subway at Lutterothstraße at 8 min walking distance or the sbahn at Langenfelde.
my name is Isabel and I am Spanish. I have been living in Hamburg for 8 years with my partner, who is Italian. He doesn't live here anymore and this summer we will be travelling, so our flatmate will have practically the whole apartment for him/her.
I might have to come back one weekend during the summer for work reasons, so I am looking for a responsible and friendly person, who likes the idea of being alone in the apartment but with whom I can have a coffee or a beer on the balcony on the weekend when I come to Hamburg.
