Hey everyone! I will be subleting my room for 4 weeks this summer while i am on vacation. The spacious room has a queen-size bed, a desk, free Wi-Fi, fresh towels/bed linen, and enough closet space for all your stuff. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other 3 roommates. And there is a really cool terrace and garden which is perfect for summer hangouts.
The apartment is located centrally in a beautiful neighborhood. Bus station is a 4 min walk away, the U2 station Osterstraße around 10 min, and the famous Sternschanze area with many bars and restaurants is a 15 min walk away. There is a lovely park right outside the door and a big fitness complex with indoor/outdoor swimming pools only 5 minutes away.
You would be sharing the apartment with 3 very friendly and chill roommates (Christina, Lidia and Alaina). The main language spoken here is english, as we are an international WG and not everyone is fluent in german. Everybody either works or studies full time, so we all have different lives and routines going, but we get along really well and love to chat and catch up whenever we run into each other. We have a simple cleaning plan that is easy to follow and it works just fine.
