Da ich für zwei Monate aus dieser schönen Wohnung ausziehe, würde ich sie gerne zur Miete anbieten.
Die Lage ist super, der Bus 4 fährt direkt vor dem Haus. UBahn Lohmühlenstr. ist 10 Minuten entfernt und sbahn Langenfelde ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Viele soziale Aktivitäten möglich, da die berühmte Osterstraße fußläufig zu erreichen ist, glaubt mir, es wird nicht langweilig.
Der Mitbewohner ist ein super netter Kerl, aber ich denke nicht, dass man ihn oft sehen wird, da er in Nachtschichten arbeitet
Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine zur freien Verfügung und alle Möbel sind im Preis inbegriffen.

Since im moving out of this lovely place for two months, i would like to put it up for rent.
Place is amazing, the bus 4 drives directly from the front of the building. UBahn Lohmühlenstr. is 10 minutes away and sbahn Langenfelde is 5 minutes away.
A lot of social activities possible since its walking distance to the famous osterstraße, trust me it doesnt get boring
The mitbewohner is a super nice guy, but i dont think you will see him often since he works noghtshifts
You get a coffee mashine all for your use and all the furniture is absolutely included
