Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht aus, daher wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei.
Wir sind eine 3er-WG (2 Mädels) und wohnen im 2. Geschoss. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein Bad und einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 16qm groß, hat Teppichboden, ist teilmöbliert mit einer Kommode und einem Kleiderschrank und hat 2 große Fenster.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Eimsbüttel, fast schon Rotherbaum. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Schlump ist zu Fuß in etwa 7 Minuten zu erreichen, Busse in etwa 3 Minuten. Der Uni-Campus ist etwa 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bzw. 5 Min. Radweg entfernt.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, trinken gerne mal zusammen nen Kaffee, nen Wein oder n Bier oder kochen zusammen.
Uns ist schon wichtig, dass gerecht verteilt und ordentlich geputzt wird
Wir würden ein Männlein bevorzugen, sind aber flexibel, Hauptsache du bist nett :)
