Das Zimmer ist ca. 16m2 groß und wunderschön hell. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubau. Im Haus sind nur Studenten, dadurch ist alles sehr locker, trotzdem hat man nie Probleme mit Lärm, da das Haus sehr neu ist und dadurch alles gut isoliert ist. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer plus Bad und Küche.
Durchs Treppenhaus hat man Zugang zur Dachterrasse des Hauses!
The room is about 16m2 and beautifully bright. The apartment is located in a new building. In the house are only students, so everything is very relaxed, yet you never have problems with noise, because the house is very new and thus everything is well insulated. The apartment has 2 rooms plus bathroom and kitchen.
Through the staircase you have access to the roof terrace of the house!
Die Lage ist top! Die Wohnung liegt im Süden von Eimsbüttel. Die U-Bahn-Station "Christuskirche" ist ca. 3 min. entfernt. mit der U2 ist man von dort in unter 10 min in der Innenstadt und am Hauptbahnhof. Auch viele Buslinien sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar (4, 5, 20, 25).
Schanze, Kiez und Universität sind dadurch ebenfalls schnell und einfach erreichbar.
Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 10 Minuten in der Schanze!
Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Budni, Kiosk, etc.) gibt es ebenfalls fußläufig.
The location is perfect! The apartment is located in the south of Eimsbüttel. The subway station "Christuskirche" is about 3 min. away. With the U2 you can reach the city center and the main station in less than 10 min. Many bus lines are also within walking distance (4, 5, 20, 25).
Schanze, Kiez and University are also quickly and easily accessible.
On foot, you can be in the Schanze in just under 10 minutes!
Shopping facilities (supermarket, Budni, kiosk, etc.) are also within walking distance.
Du wirst mit meinem Mitbewohner Tariq zusammen wohnen. Er würde sich über eine Person freuen, mit der man gelegentlich zusammen etwas unternehmen kann, was trinken gehen kann oder gemütlich am Esstisch quatschen kann.
Bitte nur Studenten melden! Der Vermieter akzeptiert nur Studenten (Studienplatzzusage reicht bereits aus)! Man muss aber nicht unbedingt Student in Hamburg sein.
In der angegeben Miete ist bereits alles enthalten.
